My CrossFire account

My CrossFire account, which I've played for 17 years, has been permanently banned despite me not using cheats, macros, or third-party software. This biased action by Z8Games management is inconsistent and negatively impacts both the game and its parent company, SmileGate. As I mentioned, I've been on this platform for many years, and accounts purchased with money and used for cheating are not penalized, but someone like me, who doesn't use cheats or macros, is given this severe ban.
