Z1 Telecom installed our new phone system and I’m happy to say the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Pre-install communication was clear, the team arrived on time, and the work was completed with no disruption to the business.
Mitch and Andy were professional, tidy, and thorough. Cabling and hardware were installed neatly, the system was configured correctly first time, and our numbers were ported without any hiccups. They gave our team a quick walkthrough before leaving, and calls, voicemail and desktop apps are all working as expected. Call quality is crisp and the handsets are easy to use.
It’s always reassuring when an installation just works. This one did. We’re pleased with the result and have no hesitation recommending Z1 to other businesses.

We have worked with Z1 for many years now and couldn't be happier with their service. We recently upgraded our system, the install team came and gave us two days of their time and couldn't have been more helpful, spending all the time needed explaining the new system to all staff.

Z1 are always on hand to help with any problems / technical queries over the phone, we look forward to using their services for many more years.

The price verbally agreed with the salesman and the price on the contract were 2 completely different things, unfortunately we are now stuck in a very expensive contract for 7 years instead of 3. Two years into the contract and the system is still not working as promised. We were asked to take our last bad review down in return for a small reduction in price.

Our engineer arrived on time to fit our new system, everything went smoothly with the installation. Catherine came onto site to ensure that everything was in order and that the installation had been completed. So much easier to deal with than our last providers.

We have worked with Z1 for many, many years, and they are excellent at what they do, from the sales team, the installation guys, and of course the support team, are just fantastic. The whole company seems to go that extra mile to help you. They do exactly, what it says on the tin.

We had very little disruption to the business when installing our new system, the switch over went very smoothly and Mitch was very friendly, polite and helpful. A very competent engineer.
He took time to go through training on the new system and answered all our questions.

Catherine has kept constant communication throughout and has called in to check we was happy with everything, nothing being too much trouble for her and would answer anything we needed to know.

The Engineer turned up on time and carried out the transfer with as little disruption as possible to our business. He was polite and friendly too.

As a small business we decided to go with Z1 and from the get go they were fab.
No sales pitch or selling you an unnecessary system.
They actually listen to what you require and were extremely helpful offering us a system that would work for us whether in the office or out in the workshop; including robust phones.
But the support didn't stop there. Our existing broadband went down including phones; a quick call to them and they got an engineer out same day to install broadband to get us back up and running and advised us to get our provider to put a divert on calls.
They came the following week and installed our phones and the engineer Andy was great; showing us how to use the portal.
Catherine also phoned a few days later to come and see us to make sure we didn't need any help.
They couldn't have made the process any smoother if they tried. It's refreshing to not just be a number and have support on hand without having to sit on hold for hours.
The monthly cost is more than reasonable and the level of support is 2nd to none. I would highly recommend Z1 to any business looking for a reliable, friendly and affordable service. Thanks again.

We are a charity based in Batley and are new customers. We have recently installed the digital phone system in our GRADE 2 listed large premises. The sales team suggested the system based on our requirements rather than pushing the sale. The gentleman known as Mitch, the installation engineer, was very professional and cooperative.
So far, it is value for money, however, we will comment on the aftersales services as we go along.

Mitch came to do our change over on Friday, He was really helpful, went through everything we needed to know, downtime was kept to a minimum, and the switch over was problem free. Z1 have been fantastic from the very beginning, there only a phone call away with any problems you may have, couldn't recommend them enough.
