This is my first time buying from this…

This is my first time buying from this company. I was interested in some of their colours. I used them today and they are fabulous. The prices are excellent and the shipping was great. I will definitely be buying from them again

Great Quality Items and Selection

Great shop to purchase from, they have a very good selection of oils and soaping supplies. I especially love their dupe oils that smell just like the real scent. eg. (Herbal Essence) smells just like the shampoo from back in the 70s.

I have bought several fragance oils and…

I have bought several fragance oils and the quality is very good, the aromas are as described. plus the IFRA documents they provide are very handy to work with the product in a safe way. I had once a problem with the delivery company of my order, and the customer service of YouWish took care of everything, truly helpful and responsive. The products are dispatched quickly. Everything is smooth and it's great. Totally recommended.

If I could make 0 star I would

If I could make 0 star I would . I ordered the perfumer alcohol that they advertised as premium quality . Yo received it fast but the alcohol has a very strong smell and I am unable to use it for my mixes as it changed the smell of my perfumes . I sent an email explaining my concern asking for a refund . I was told by the customer service that their alcohol is 99.9 pourcent which shouldn't by the way for a perfumer alcohol . The assure me the quality is the best and OBVIOUSLY it isnt . They only accept me to send back the unopened bottle at my own cost.
Do not order anything there , not onlt the quality is not good but they don't even have a honest talk with their customers

At YouWish, we take pride in offering cosmetic-grade, high-purity alcohol that is widely used by both hobbyists and professional perfume houses. The alcohol we sell is 99.9% cosmetic grade, documented with all required information (CAS number, SDS, IFRA/Allergen documentation) available directly on our product page before purchase.

As explained in our customer service communication, pure alcohol is the standard base material used in perfumery, and it is intended to be blended with other ingredients (water, fragrance oils, essential oils, etc.). Many of our long-term customers use this product successfully for their perfume formulations.

We do understand that sometimes a product may not be what a customer expected. This is why we accept returns of unopened products, in line with EU consumer law, and issue a refund upon receipt. We have sent you the return addres by email, so you can return the product and we can refund you the amount.

The goods are how I expected

The goods are how I expected. I saw on the site that the Company shares the tips & tricks for makeing good products. Not at least I was impressed with a very fast delivery. I can say: well done! You "earned" me as a customer :)

All in all a good experience

The shipping was a little problematic, but I am sure it can be fixed in the future. As a small business myself I know things can go wrong and it is frustrating for everyone. The customer service is polite and helpful and the products of great quality. I will definitely be ordering my candle scents at YOUWISH from now on!

Ignorant customer service

I wanted to deliver the parcel to Brazil, but unfortunately they missed to asked me about the CPF number (you cant import to Brazil without one, the package goes straigth back to origin).

I showed them 3 times that they missed to ask the about the CPF number. I sent them screenshots from the Brazil post that there are documents missing. They straight ignored it every time and said they didnt see it at PostNL tracking (of course when it arrives in Brazil it is not in the hands of PostNL anymore) and that it is the recievers fault for not paying import tax (the costoms dont reach out for it with the CPF number missing).

So they tried to blame my girlfreind, which made we uppset and i have to admit that i went rude on the customer service. They lied then and she said i am threatening them, i was just rude nothing more. I offerd them solutions for the problem the company has created, which they didnt accepted 2 times.

In the end they where completely ignorant and dont have a clue how to ship parcels international. I had to tell them if they dont give me my money back i will get a lawyer.

The next day i got my money back and a business development guy reached out to me and told me that they are always correct with their customers (lie) and they dont allow this kind of communication against their customer service (because i pointed out their incompentence and said they do this on purpose to hide their fault).

Further he said their customer service tries to solve problems, which is also a lie, in my expirience they ignore it.

They even offer to send items to north korea which is insane, so they dont have a clue how to import items international. In the EU it works fine.

We ship many packages internationally and it always goes well. In your case we were not informed about the missing CPF number by the Brazilian customs. Normally customs reaches out the receiver in order to provide the missing information. We, as a sender, do not receive and did not receive any request to provide this information. Otherwise, we would of course have provided this.

The package was returned on our costs and we asked you if you wanted to receive it on your Austrian address, just to be sure it gets delivered. This was also at no extra cost for you.

The email communication which you have send contained such abusive and threatening language to our customer service that indeed we have decided it would be better to provide you a full refund, including all shipping costs. We protect our employees against unsafe work environments and in this case we felt that it would be a better solution to stop your communication.

We regret to see your review contains a misrepresentation of the events. Nonetheless we wish you all the best.
