I ordered a family scrabble frame as a gift and it turned out to be rather challenging to fit all the names together. However Sarah refused to give up and between us a solution was found & I am absolutely delighted with the end result. There was a slight delay with the order until extra resources could be sourced. During this time Sarah kept me up to date with what was happening/timescales etc & I can honestly say that good things are worth waiting for. Will definitely buy other gifts from Sarah.
