I placed an order on 26th of April, for 5 shirts! 2 of them arrived after 2 months but poor quality (I have YouTailor shirt from 2012 and it's not comparable). Asked what I should do with the shirts and they said return, I did. Since then, early June, no shirts, but stupid emails saying that they are delays. Emails come from Sönke Müller, Christina Streitenberger, Sarah Schneemann. Managing Director is Christian Heitmeyer. No shirts, no money, no info on when they are coming, emails stopped working on 10th August, telephone 0800... never worked. And all this while they are aggressively driving their PR campaign with prices. This is pure and simple internet fraud. I reported them to Belgium police, which will get in contact with Germany. But please, gents, we must take them to police, so that they at least return the money. I have never seen anything like this. It's easier to report from Germany, esp that there are physical addresses of the company and names are available! Please do that!!! Several complaints and it will become insolvent. The web-site must be taken down, and all the promotional emails must stop!

Same situation as most other customers who have left negative feedback here. I ordered two shirts in May and to date have seen no communication to verify anything nor any replies to my emails asking for updates. manufacturing process takes forever (I didn't realise tailored shirts could take 10 weeks to make) and the updates on my order status seem to have stopped at sending to logistics! I would assume this whole website and service was a scam yet there are other people who have posted here claiming not only to have received their items but also leaving positive feedback?
10.7.13 - Quality control passed. Waiting for shipping to logistics centre....has this company gone bankrupt?

If I do not receive my shirts, a full refund or communication from YOUTAILOR UK within 10 days from today, I will begin legal proceedings for breach of British trading laws in relation to a failure of stated service.
