Disappointment to the maximum degree

I have been a customer of YouSee for the last 10 years, even before rebranding.
Have multiple subscription.

I always knew that YouSee charges premium. Not the cheapest provider. But I thought, with price comes quality. And if I need any support I will get it quickly.
Not the case. I was yelled at, support would simply drop phones and ignore everything I say.
After many many attempts, I have finally managed to convince them that I really need help and the First Line of Support cannot handle it. they have next to 0 knowledge about anything (at least those 5 people I came in contact with).
So they raised the case. Reference number: YC213097. I mentioned couple of times that I have 2 phone numbers under 1 subscription from YouSee (besides the Internet subscription. Yes, I am an idiot to have trusted this company with all my communication), so I explicitly told which number to call. COUPLE OF TIMES!
Now, do I even need to tell that there was no call? my problem is still not solved and instead everything they have done (without speaking to me) - restarted my wifi router. And I was in the middle of super important call via MSTeams. That lead to some financial losses too, as I am working for a bank in IT area.

I cannot even start to explain how disappointed, angry, frustrated I am.
I feel like I was taken an advantage of during all these 10 years.
Shame on you YouSee and especially your First Line Support.

Actions I will take?
Likely, I am going to change all my subscriptions.
I will also share my experience everywhere I can, to anybody who listens. might even pay for some Facebook advertisement (yes, I am that frustrated!)

Every time I tried to escalate and speak to somebody else - they would just plain refuse to do it (with some harsh words on top of it).
I used whatever ways to give feedback I could only find. Nothing happens. YouSee does not care about feedback and it is probably blocked by the same people who are supposed to help their customers.

DO NOT EVER USE YOUSEE IF stable Internet and Phone is a must for you. Unless you like to be yelled at and all stress that comes with it (people are different :) that I acknowledge)

PS apologies for English. My Danish is not that good, especially when it comes to writing.

UPD: after making this post I was contacted and my issues were resolved. I really appreciate it

Fraudlend

Absolutely unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful communication from YouSee. I am not a customer of this company, yet they sent me a router without my consent and have been billing me monthly. This seems like fraud!

That is a very serious case. If you have never ordered the product, and it is in your name and you are paying for it, someone has used your CPR to create the subscription, and that is very serious indeed.

So disappointed by their customer service
I was in Egypt and locked my data upon arrival in the aeroport but nevertheless was charged 454 dkk for only uncontrolled 3MG. I called their service and they refused to refund me without any further advice on how to avoid this matter or any commercial gesture as this is the first time it happened for me. However, they did the mistake to charge 3 times 653 dkk in a month and there they are allowed to make mistakes !!! I am definitively going to join another provider.

Unfortunately, we do not have any say in how your phone reacts using airplane mode. As such, if a charge happens, we get charged from the local telecoms and that charge is then put on your invoice.

You should always double check your phone and the way its set up to prevent these things, as we are unable to cancel a charge like this.

I am sorry to hear you wish to go to a new provider due to this. I would suggest still going through your airplane mode settings, as the circumstances regarding calls abroard using airplane mode are the same, regardless of provider.

I wish you well and hope that one day we can provide you with our service in the future.

Do not become a YouSee customer

Do not become a YouSee customer. They do not answer the customer service phone - 'telling you in Danish that they have too many calls' - then you are cut off. They direct you to not call them on their webpage @ (MitYousee)... instead referring you over to their Chatbot. But the Chatbot isn't clever enough to understand accented Danish.... nor does it understand written English. I used Google Translate for Danish - but then they cut me off again because of 'too many customers using their Chatbot.' They billed my company multiple times on the same day, overcharging me 3X the amount of our monthly agreement. It's impossible to get reimbursed for their mistake.

Incompetent and untrustworthy and swindling company. It didn't used to be like this but they've obviously replaced humans with AI and it's a disaster. I'll be switching to one of their competitors.

Would you pay 2.000 DKK for a service you never asked for?

I moved to a new apartment and realized that my subscription price is doubled because Yousee added a TV package without my knowledge or ask.
Since September 2024, I am trying to cancel this TV package which I never asked for. Called the call center 8-10 times, waited for hours. Got promised that it will be cancelled. Even managed to get a credit note for cancellation, which was sent under a new invoice 3 months later!! 2.000 DKK, for a service I never asked for or used.
I called 3 more times and got a confirmation that it will be cancelled, no success, still getting payment reminders and reminder fees, even though I have been told 3 times that I should not pay this invoice.
Worst customer service ever!
And a lost customer, since I had to change my provider due to these problems.

Terrible Service and Repeated Mistakes – Avoid YouSee!

I recently switched my mobile provider to YouSee and also ordered a home WiFi subscription from them. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and stressful due to their poor service and lack of accountability.

First, I waited nearly a month for my router, but it never arrived. When I called YouSee, they claimed they had no record of my order and told me I needed to place it again. Because of this, I was left without WiFi, which meant I couldn’t work from home, and my children couldn’t even watch YouTube. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my daily life, all because they failed to process my order properly.

When I complained, I was told about their two-month free WiFi offer for new customers. Given the inconvenience I had already faced, I requested an additional month free as compensation. A customer service representative assured me he would investigate and call me back the next day. That call never came.

After pushing for a solution, they finally sent me a new router, which arrived quickly—probably because I had already expressed my frustration with their incompetence. Everything finally started working at home, and I thought the issues were behind me.

But then, today, I received a bill from YouSee charging me for both my phone subscription and the home WiFi subscription—including the two months that were supposed to be free! This made me furious because it was yet another mistake on their part. When I called them again, they admitted it was their fault, but instead of correcting the bill, I was told I still had to pay the full amount and wait for a refund later.

At this point, I am beyond disappointed with YouSee. Their service is unreliable, their system is a mess, and their customer support is completely unhelpful. I have wasted so much time calling them, waiting for responses that never come, and dealing with problems that should never have happened in the first place.

I regret switching to YouSee and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable telecom provider. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this company!

They charge you extra and call it a system glitch!

I am a Yousee customer for more than a year. They charged me 5 times of the same monthly fee last week. I realized it by chance. After calling them, they said they would refund me next day. It has been more than a week and they did not refund me. I already called 2 more times and they said they will refund me today and it still did not happen. I am just reading thru other complaints, and it looks like this issue was happening for many others as well.

I will quite Yousee as soon as possible when they refund my money. Don't become a customer if you don't want to spend hours on the phone.

Ordered a pair of Airpods 4 with ANC on…

Ordered a pair of Airpods 4 with ANC on 25th of January for 99dkk with a subscription of YouseeMobile 40, I went through the order form, confirmed with MitId and pending for an email confirmation.

On the 27th of January I contacted the customer service via chat to make sure the order went through, and I have been told to wait a few more days.

Now, after 1 week I reach out again and they informed me that they cannot find my order and that I need to order it again but this time I need to pay 899 for the headphones..... for the Yousee Mobile 40

Now, I am in a situation where everyone I contacted today had to ask a Yousee manager and that manager apparently informed the customer service to say that I can only get the Airpods with the new expensive offer which to me seems outrageous under the circumstance that I am not ordering again, I need the initial order to be fixed and applied as based on my MitId confirmation.

I think you need to fix your system for online orders - also it is not fair that I create a new order at a new price when i already made one for the initial pricing and is not my fault that your system has flaws

Incredibly disappointing experience

The quality of the internet is…

The quality of the internet is terrible. It disconnects on its own, and sometimes I am left without internet for an entire day. It is impossible to reach technical support, and to make matters worse, my contract binds me to this provider for another two months. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an internet provider.

Most pathetic service ever received.

Most pathetic service ever received.

I have my new connection with Yousee and my subscription was closed without me receiving a SIM card, now I contact yousee and they made 2 orders which was missed and I am without a phone connection for 10 days.

I would really like to move out and never take a YOUSEE subscription, the agents seems not to care about any complaints. I will make a consumer court complaint on this.

Worst service in Denmark

Worst service in Denmark. First of all, I ordered an iPad with a SIM card. While checking out, I encountered an error, and the money was deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation for two days. I then had to go to the store, wait for my turn for half an hour, and it took another half an hour to resolve the issue. My number is supposed to move to YouSee tomorrow, but it's 6 PM, and I still haven't received my SIM card. Around 4 PM, I tried calling them, but I couldn't get through. I do not recommend this network. Please avoid it

ASK FOR LUCAS AT YOUSEE ROSKILDE. GREAT SERVICE!!

I was sold an S24 over the phone and was NOT happy with things. I wrote YOUSEE and complained that stuff I asked about on the new phone was misrepresented by the seller. I can see MANY people are unhappy with YouSee and I was about to become one them. But, to be fair, and since I had transferred data/apps/contacts to the S24, I decided to go to the YouSee shop in Roskilde, to see if they could fix the issues I had with the phone. I was lucky enough to bump into Lucas, who gave me really top service, and fixed all the problems. He used the time, found out how to fix the issues, and did so! So, if in Roskilde, definitely ask for Lucas. Competent service. He saved the day; I kept the phone and the abonnement, and all is good again!! This is a lesson to both me and YouSee, first not to rush to judgment and two, quality employees brand a company far better than sales campaigns and advertising rhetoric!! Quality employees and real training mean a lot. Lucas kept the sale of the S24 alive (that another employee screwed up and misrepresented!!) as well as the subscription, where YouSee makes it's money! So, a happy ending because of one solid employee!! 🎯

My colleague never said your call was like that. She said she could not see your call, but that normally that was the case. We do not tolerate bad behavior, such as yelling, threats or other such calls. We do not know what happened specifically in your case, and there might have been a mistake on our end, we can not see that from here, unfortunately. She also stated that she could not see your specific case.

Shady sales practices

On Black Friday I got cheated by the sales department. During a phone conversation I was promised to get AirPods for 1 kr. if I switch my number to YouSee. The guy told me he would order them for me and I would receive a mail confirmation the week after. We also did discuss switching my fiber internet, but I ended up saying I wanted to wait to find out what my current termination conditions are. So, I receive an order confirmation for switching the 2 phones and amongst 7 other emails there is an order confirmation for my new fiber internet I did not agree to, which I did not notice at first. A week later still no confirmation about the AirPods, so get in touch with the sales department again and it seemed to be the same guy called William, who lied to me again and confirmed the AirPods are on the way, it was just delayed because they were out of stock. He also confirmed there is only the AirPods and the 2 phone numbers ordered in my name. Some time after that I received the router for my fiber and I call again, this time another department and get informed the AirPods were never ordered and the internet was ordered to be active in couple of days as well. So I wanted to cancel everything because who would want to be a customer after an experience like that? Upon which I get informed it’s too late to cancel the internet because it is over 2 weeks and there is 6 months binding period. So I’m stuck with something I did not order and something I ordered under false promises for 6 months. Be very careful on the phone with YouSee’s sales department as they will say and do anything to make the sale.

Hopeless and depressed...

Me along with my husband converted our mobile sim operator from Lyca and Lebara to YouSee last month. We subscribed to YouSee to avail a Black Friday offer from ELGIGANTEN as we purchased a product from them on 19th November, 2024. As per our deal, we were supposed to get the monthly bills from YouSee and pay them every month for both the numbers.
But I got a bill receipt which is showing a huge amount instead. I have received an invoice from YouSee for DKK 1,671.90 which is for 4 months. Also they threated me, if we don't pay the bill now, they will fine me!
I contacted the customer service multiple times for a new splitted bill but have not received any update ever and the bill is still the same. I also visited their physical "YouSee" store in "Fisketorvet Copenhagen Mall" and I must add the service of the store is even awful. The sales guys replied to me that this is none of their concern and they are not responsible for anything, It is my problem and I have to solve it by myself or pay the whole thing!
If I was ever aware of this poor management, I would never have applied for YouSee subscription. I am a new international Masters student in Denmark and they put me in such a hassle. I can not pay the total bill at once.
I will not pay more than what I was supposed to pay for their mismanagement and irresponsibility. I tried through mail, call, store but nothing is solving my problem! Now what should I do!

The WORST company in Denmark!

The WORST company in Denmark!! If I could give less than one star, I would. There is no available support for customers. The Yousee chat in their website is a complete joke. Do not expect to be helped in any way. Still getting bills from Yousee even though I am no longer a customer. What a scam! All the good reviews are false and fabricated by the company!!! Boycott this company asap!!!

If you are getting bills after you cancelled your subscription with YouSee, it is either the last bill, that covers the final time of the subscription - which can be further than the end date, though that will be credited once the calculations are done, or an issue with the bill itself.

If it is an error that you are receiving the invoice, you are very welcome to contact our billing service. They are open all workdays between 8 - 16 except for fridays, where it is 8 - 15.
