This is my go-to place for custom t-shirts. Even after several wash cycles, the t-shirts and the print keep their quality. And I love how you can customize the print, add multiple photos and even text.
One of my 5 orders came in the wrong size. I e-mailed them, they sent a new one in the correct size the day after. Their customer service is exemplary!

Gaslighting customer service, misleading 3d model of the end result
The mug would be of great quality if Their 3d model showing the end result wasn’t extremely misleading. Customer service wouldn’t acknowledge it despite me providing photos showing exactly just because I chose smaller sized images it printed it weirdly because the 3d model doesn’t show clearly the center or the distance from the mug handle. I am not in a financial situation to get another mug for my boyfriends birthday unfortunately and it really bothers me they didn’t offer any solutions other than 20% discount for the next purchase after 2 gaslighting emails. Very upsetting experience.

I ordered fridge magnets as a gift for my mum (she’s in her 80s and very difficult to buy for) and was very impressed with the speed in which my order was delivered.
These were absolutely delightful and my mum loved them which are now proudly on her fridge.

Lovely item, caution not to order in advance
Love the personalised boxes for wedding favours, they are cute and given the bride and groom both love Toblerone they are very appropriate for them.
I ordered August with personalised date on boxes for May 26 so I was very disappointed to receive Toblerone bites with March 26 best before date. If they had contacted me to hold order to ensure product would be edible at time of wedding date (as on box) then this would of been appreciated.
I have contacted Your Surprise and unfortunately the reply was they have supplied item with an in use date so basically tough luck.
My suggestion would be not to order until month before you need them. This has ruined the whole reason for ordering in the first place - waste of money, when all i was doing was breaking down costs before the big day.

Personalised wedding favours
Pleasantly surprised based on some of the reviews. We ordered the personalised toblerones for our wedding. They came as displayed in the pictures. Yes you do have to assemble them but thats a minor thing. I did take pictures of ours but it doesnt allow you to post them

Overpriced DIY job instead of real personalization
Two stars because the bowl itself is okay. But I paid 50 francs for a name that was poorly stuck on with cheap stickers. Some letters were coming off and I had to press them down myself. This is not personalization, it is a sloppy DIY job. For that price I expected something professional. Never again.

Smelled Horrible & Full of powdered chicken! 🤢🤢
Ordered personalized praline heart. Belgium chocolate? (no way in hell!)
To be honest, it never even occured to me to research the ingredients in these. So when the chocolates arrived, firstly they smelled really odd ,& unpleasant.
On looking at ingredients, was horrified to see powdered chicken protein!!?!! My sister is vegetarian, so they were obviously a no go. In fact it's a no go with everyone! Revolting! I'm gonna guess there's not a real Belgium chocolate in the world that adds powdered chicken! I emailed the company,& said they should have NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS at the first instance. Before you even get to ordering. I said that the chocolates smelled unpleasant aswell. And requested a refund. They refused & offered 20% gift voucher. Errrr, no thanks. I won't be buying anything from this site that's for sure. An expensive mistake !
