Been buying from this company for years. Loved the product. New owners charge and never ship the product!

Same as everyone else. Been on a subscription for years. Always used to get a notice of when the order would pull from account as well as shipping notifications. Now nothing. And then the dreaded paid for, but unfulfilled order with no response after multiple communication attempts... Such a bummer to see another helth food brand acquired only to go to shit with shady practices. Don't do it. Health Force is still amazing and authentic if you're looking for a replacement option.

I purchased from them for a lot of years and was happy with the products and the service. Now everything is different with the new company. I purchased a month ago and the order was payed but unfulfilled. I contacted them and they never replied to my emails. After I commented on their Instagram page they offered me a 20% discount, stating that the product I ordered was out of stock (not true). I said I wanted a refund but they never replied. As I can see it’s a common thing to many costumers. There is no way to contact them. They charge you but never deliver the products. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It is not what it used to be.

Terrible company, subscribed with them, they sent me a notification of what they would be sending, charged me 97 EUR on the 3rd of September, then I noticed the order was "unfulfilled" I was informed they had no plans to re-stock for their European clients, I then asked for my money back. They are not responding. Absolute thieves. No phone line.

No order shipped. Same as others here. Must be bankrupt but website still active and you can still order stocked products and giftcards and they would still take your money as I "tested" to see if my card would be accepted but never clicked payment.

What is going on??? I want to cry!!! I used to use their products for the last 2 years, I love the benefits and how made me feel! I placed an order over a month and a half ago and they never shipped! I’ve sent them a lot of emails, but they never answer back. It’s like a ghost company. Try to call, their phone doesn’t work… gosh, this is so sad. I’ll have to dispute my transaction and find something else.

SCAM - don’t send products, don’t reply to emails

This company is definitely ZERO stars...not even worth one star. If you are reading this, do not order from them as the previous reviews below have stated. I had a subscription that has been unfulfilled for months and they have not responded to any of my emails. There is no way to contact them. I've had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Do not order from this company. I wish there was a way everyone could come together to have them shut down and all money returned to us who have not received our products or money back.

This used to be a good company with good products. I have had to request a refund recently for an order that was charged but never shipped. It was a subscription that included out of stock items but they still charged me for the order. I restarted a subscription with items that only showed as in stock. It hasn't been shipped but I was charged. I also noticed a previous order that was charged but never shipped. Trying to get refunds for those now but obviously will never order from this company again especially seeing all the recent similar reviews.

Sadly, I didn’t know the company was sold. Please DO NOT buy any products from this company. I placed an order in January and just recently got 2 out 6 products. I have tried to contact them several times, but nobody answers.

I have waited for my order for five months and have sent five reminders or more. No refund or answer.

This negative review is long overdue and it should be minus 5 stars, or 0 stars at best. As others have said, this company, under its founding owners, used to be great. Orders always arrived on time, the communications were generally good, and you felt you were being looked after. Now? What a joke. I'm still waiting for one item from an order I placed months ago. I've been threatening to report them to Action Faud UK for a while, and now that I have more time on my hands, I think I will. If somebody buys a product, you'd better damn well deliver it, or at least refund the customer if you can't fulfil the item within a reasonable time frame. No amount of free glasses or frothers will cut it with me, so do the decent and honourable thing and repay me the money.

Prior to this order, other orders were sent only part-fulfilled, meaning I had to do a lot of chasing to get the missing items sent to me. Now they don't even respond to my emails asking them to refund me.

Whoever is running this operation these days needs a reality check: paying customers won't tolerate crap service. Judging by the reviews on here, they don't seem to care one jot, so hopefully they'll go bust and it'll teach them a lesson. In summary, in my honest opinion, and based on my own dreadful experiences, I would not recommend buying from this company.

I have been a customer of YourSuper for years and absolutely loved all of products. Since the takeover by The Healing company it is impossible to order any of the products as they seem to be out of stock. I haven't received my subscription order. I can't get hold of anyone at Customer Service. I have been using the Plant Collagen and Forever Beautiful mix every day and I loved the health benefits. It is very sad to see a great company go downhill because it is no longer run by the original founders.

Made an order in January which was apparently out of stock, they only told me this after 8 weeks of waiting and have since stopped replying to my emails requesting a refund. Product never arrived.

Never received the refund for products that I have never received.
Also, they keep ignoring my emails.

This use to be a fantastic company. Now all products are sold out so I can´t place an order. There is no answer when writing e-mails or calling.
So sad.

I used to LOVE this company, bought their products religiously. Now, since they've been bought out I've tried three times to place an order. Each time, I waited for weeks with no shipment, and couldn't get any answer as to where my order was. Was forced to request a refund. I've loved their products so much I tried two more times, no change. It's incredibly sad. I hope the founders realize what they've sold their company to.

I would give it a ZERO review if there was a star for 0.The original health conscious company has been bought out by another company that has no conscious, all amount money!
Selling expired products.If i could attach my photo of the phony label they were putting over the BBD( best buy date), i would.Six months im aware of them sending expired cans of fake goods.There customer service never answers my numerous emails.I sent them proof of expired cans with phony label with a new BBD .If they are selling expired perishables ,what else could they be putting in there cans of powders.Not to be trusted what is being put in there cans.Stay away from this bad company! Cant even get a refund..my next step is having there ingredients analyzed at a lab.I gave them a chance to get back to me and still NO response.

Be advised, do not order from this company. They have supplied no product for the last couple of months. I presently have pending subscription payments for May 1st, May 2nd, May 3rd, May 4th and May 5th on my account. I'm talking to my bank at the moment, who are not making me feel any better, as they're telling me they can't block pending payments and I have to cancel my card. To the original owners, you had a great company, but you clearly passed it on to complete charlatans..
