Buy with confidence

I have been doing business with Your Shaving for more than 10 years. In that time I have found Jose and his colleagues to be a first class professional team prepared to go that extra mile on behalf of their customers.
My most recent purchase was for a 'hard to find' razor and I spotted the item listed on Your Shaving's website although it was detailed as being out of stock. A quick email to Jose and by next morning he was confirming that he expected delivery within 7 -14 days, at which point I was happy to confirm my order for the razor along with several other items including another razor that I spotted on their website. I had my first shave with it this afternoon and it was great!
I know that many potential customers are understandably wary of falling victim to chancers,thieves and criminals when conducting business abroad. Let me put your mind at ease. I was that person 10 years ago and I recall almost cancelling my order as I was so concerned about being ripped off.
Have no fear. Your shaving is the real deal and I am delighted to recommend them with full confidence.
Did I mention that their prices are excellent as well? You will go far to beat them.

Phenomenal (Top Notch) customer care

Phenomenal customer care. As a frequent user of many online stores selling wet shaving products, I can confidently say that the service is top-notch. I had an unusual case to resolve involving the merger of several orders and payment changes. The contact and almost immediate response gave the clear impression that they wanted to resolve my issue... so much so that the email exchange took place late in the evening and the changes were implemented almost immediately, on a day that happened to be a public holiday in Spain... meaning someone came to work specifically to handle my issue. I've never experienced such customer care anywhere else.

I highly recommend them.

I've been waiting for my product for…

I've been waiting for my product for three weeks, and after my email, I asked about the situation. The owner told me something had gone wrong and asked me to cancel the order and refund my money. After checking the track and trace, I saw that the product had already been returned to him, and I pointed this out to him. "No," was the answer, and again, he wanted to cancel it, and all I had to do was send an email. I work for a shipping company and can check where any package has gone, and it has indeed been returned to Your Shave. But the owner said it wasn't, and once again, he started forcing me to cancel the product so he could get a refund for the insurance company. I find it deeply sad and ashamed that an insurance company is being defrauded at my expense. YOUR SHAVE. You should be truly ashamed.

The customer refused the order at their home. The package was returned to us, and the carrier marked it as delivered, but it wasn't; they lost it. We offered the customer a refund three times so he wouldn't lose their money, but he always refused. We offered to resend the order, which they also refused, leaving this negative review. Regarding this incredible scam, it was an order for... €19

had a very disappointing experience with this company.
My order was never delivered. I personally went to the post office to investigate, and they informed me that the package was returned to the sender because it did not contain proper recipient details no clear name, no phone number, and incomplete address information. They had no way to contact anyone or complete the delivery.
When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, instead of taking responsibility or investigating properly, they accused me of making false claims. The communication was defensive and unprofessional.
As a customer, I paid for a product that I never received. Rather than focusing on solving the problem, they focused on shifting blame.
Very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented when ordering from them.

Everything written here is false: we sent the customer a copy of the shipping label that correctly showed the information they provided. The postal service in their country returned the package because the customer didn't pick it up. The customer contacted us saying they would take legal action; however, we sent them all the proof that we had done everything correctly, and even so, the refund was sent in less than 24 hours.

The site is basic, but the service is great!

The site is basic, but the service is a top notch! Shipping was really fast. I had to ask the tracking and had the response immediately👍 i eve got a little pack of de rasors as a small gift in the package. All the items are genuine, even if the price was well below the average.

Excellent company to buy from.

I only have good things to say about yourshaving.com, all emails replied too within 15 minutes,items dispatched within 24 hours received from Spain to England in 3 days.
Jose the guy who I dealt with was efficient friendly and could not have been more helpful, also added a gift of shaving soap to my order of Tatara Muramasa safety razor and Feather blades.
Packaging was excellent.

What a great company!

I have bought several products from Your Shaving and their service has been quite exceptional.
There are many companies selling shaving products and, behind the glossy websites with an easy busying process, the service is in most cases neutral to poor.
What sets a company apart from its competitors is their responsiveness to the customer and their commitment to the best experience possible.
Your Shaving and Jose have this down to a fine art.
In the future, when a product is available with several suppliers, I will by default buy it from Your Shaving.
Let the rest learn from this.

Fantastic service 5 days delivery to Ireland and very competitive prices and great selection on the website, Jose is very friendly and extremely helpful he is also very responsive on emails, I will order from yourshaving.com again highly recommended 👏👏👏👍🏻👍🏻

Not very customer-friendly

Unlike some of the references left, I can not share the sentiment that the shop proprietor is customer-friendly. I contacted them twice and NEVER received an answer. What a shame!

Good old fashioned service!

Came across Your Shaving randomly when searching for a Feather razor and couldn’t recommend them enough! Jose responded instantly to my email queries and provided excellent advice. I have found the product I was looking for at a competitive price and received excellent service. I will definitely use them again, thanks Jose!

Astonishing

Astonishing! Jose is a wonderful person t deal with, his products are excellent and, as a UK buyer, his service is outstanding! I have purchased Razorock Plague Doctor (twice!) and Emperor from Jose/ Yourshaving and will return happily again and again. I wish him all the luck in the world and say a huge thank you!
