Incredibly evil people who not only con money they took £2000 off me and pretend events are going to happen and also that they going to return money they never had any intention I would advise people to contact fraud online and Spanish police as I'm doing these are incredibly bad people they lie constantly

Do not trust this company or Nelson or Christian. They are complete fraudsters. I never got my tickets or the refund and they stalled me for over 3 months. Now they are not even responding to my emails !!

Do not trust!!! I purchased tickets for Taylor Swift in August and Nelson kept in great touch and of course like many others, no tickets appeared and no refund. I hope they get what they deserve. Do not buy from them because it will be money and time wasted. I asked for proof of refund and nothing!!!! SCAMMERS!

This business is a complete scam. Bought tickets for my daughter to Taylor Swift. They strung her along with receipts, timelines and promises. All fake and utter scam merchants. Please do not believe one word, we have reported this to the card company that took the funds, they have acknowledged the number of complaints has ensured they are investigating the company.

Online Butler advertised tickets for the Bon Jovi documentary premiere that was held in London in April. The event came and went, and I have spent over four months trying to get my money refunded. I gave them my bank details and when I asked where the refund was I was told that it had definitely been sent to me. That was about six weeks ago. Nelson was so attentive when we first conversed, however his last message was that he had handed it to his boss - nothing, not a word. They are a scam.

It is now 20th August and yet again Nelson and Christian promised me my replacement tickets from the disappointment in June! They wouldn’t give me my money back so promised tickets for today and lo and behold nothing! They are pure scum. Do NOT buy any tickets from them. We will find you!

I purchased a Taylor Swift ticket at the end of June for her concert on 20th August. Paid by cash by meeting somebody called Ricky. Told by email to give my bank details if i want a refund. When i told them by email i am not giving them my bank details for obvious reasons and why can’t this Ricky just meet me and give the cash back surprise surprise I got no answer back. I advise everyone that has had dealings with them to contact Trading Standards.

Bought a ticked to a football final, they gave me no ticket and i asked for a refund and i still haven’t received it. Its been 3-4 and i still haven’t got my money back.

Purchased tickets for my granddaughters 12th birthday. Didn’t understand process fully as was expecting physical paper tickets, but was explained well by Nelson the whole process and how they get transferred through the app etc. I must admit, I was extremely impressed by his patience in explaining it all to me and than once I received the tickets, how to forward them on. Grandma is number 1 now according to my granddaughter, partly in thanks to youronlinebutler and Nelson providing an excellent service and the best tickets in town for Taylor swifts concert! Granddaughter loved the concert

I’m afraid this company do not deliver…I ‘purchased’ Taylor Swift tickets and was very impressed by previous Trust Pilot reviews so bought tickets….we were told 2 hours before the concert was due to start that there were no tickets. I had very upset family members to deal with and had endured the cost of travel to the concert all in good faith that this company would deliver….i did receive a refund for the tickets after about 5 weeks and did ask that my travel be reimbursed but to no avail. I would not use this company again. You are setting yourself up for disappointment and to be out of pocket. I also do not trust the ‘good’ reviews on here

Wanted to treat my two sons to a Real Madrid champions league match. So decided to book 4 tickets for my family to see Real Madrid v Manchester City. Came across youronlinebutler, their prices seemed very reasonable considering others. Took the plunge, made payment. Arrived in Madrid Sunday evening, and tickets were emailed to me. The tickets were as advertised, the block and row matched what I paid, and my two sons and and even my wife loved every bit of it. I could’nt recommend highly enough youronlinebutler, from quick responses to excellent customer service. Will without a doubt use them again. Great ticketing company and very reliable

This is a scam website. They 'sold' tickets to Taylor Swift and let us set off to the concert before saying that the tickets would not likely be processed in time and that we should set off home again. We have been waiting a month to receive the refund and constant lies about when the refund will come.

This business is a scam. Avoid it completely.

I was “sold” two tickets to an England football game at the Euros which never arrived.

They then gave endless promises of refunds and excuses as to why the refunds did not arrive.

Many weeks have passed, no refund has arrived.

The exact same thing happened to my brother for another football match.

Only reasonable conclusion is that it is just a pure scam.

AVOID

If you search the profile pictures from several of the good reviews via Google Lens, you will see for yourself that they are stock photos featured in articles & various LinkedIn profiles. That will tell you everything you need to know. They can try to gaslight me in response to this like they've done with other bad reviews all they want, but proof doesn't lie. They're right about one thing though - karma IS real. I've reported them & forwarded proof of their fake reviews.

This is a scam. Do not deal with these fraudsters.
I bought cup final tickets 8/10 weeks ago. The tickets did not exist and my money is lost.

Their Instagram account got deleted and they aren't replying to a single email. I could give zero stars if I could! They are a bunch of fraudulent cheats! I brought tickets for a Euro game, and they didn't even give my tickets! All these reviews are fake, I am certian they asked their friends and family to leave fake Trustpilot reviews to aid their fraudulent behaviour. I supposely brought tickets for the Euro Semi Finals as I was eager to watch England play, I was deceived and cheated by these liars. I even booked the flights, luckily BA gave me a full refund after I explained the situation and I brought an economy plus ticket. I requested the tickets time and time again and I was promised they will send it to me 24 hours before the game. I continued to email and message them. Very slow replies, and guess what? The flamin final has gone and I still ain't got my tickets! I sent them emails and chasers time and time again. That evil fraudster Nelson his name is told me that are chasing it with Gocardless and it should come into my account within a week. No email from Gocardless and I contacted their customer service to ask have they got any traces of my money. They replied they don't, and they can't do anything about it cos the merchant hasn't sent them any money. I sent them the screenshot of my live chat with Gocardless and they replied this isn't right and we sent them money. They should sent it by the end of last week. No money arrived. I emailed Your Online Butler and even messaged them, they didn't reply to my messages. Now, their Instagram account has been deleted. Absolute cheats and I have been a victim of fraud. I am so upset and disappointed in myself because I never fall for scams and I let my passion for football take over me. Absolute cheats!!!

This is a scam. You will lose your money. I purchased two tickets for the fa cup final in May which I never got and 8 weeks later have no refund. My brother had the same experience for euros tickets. Don’t waste your time and lose money like we have
