Don't lose your time buying at this store.

I bought a mac book on April 14th, with an estimate delivery date between 3 to 5 days. After 8 days, I contacted their customer service, and they couldn't commit to any date or when they would get in contact with me to provide an estimate date of delivery.

I requested a refund then and cancelation of my order but the customer service was always vague on the chat. Always saying, "a colleague will process that" and never committing to a date. I called them and I got the same vague answers, but at least it worked. They proceeded the refund after the call.

So, if you're having the same issue, ask for a refund and it is processed reasonably fast.

I deeply regret to inform you about my extremely disappointing experience with this company. Despite placing my order on April 10 and being promised delivery within 3-5 business days, I have yet to receive any confirmation of shipment. Despite their reassurance of delivery by the end of the week, I've been left in the dark. It's appalling how they deceive customers and seem to operate like a fraudulent pyramid scheme, prioritizing monetary gains over fulfilling orders. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, they've been unresponsive and seem indifferent to my concerns. It's a disgrace that they continue to exploit hardworking individuals like myself. I'm left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the authorities and pursue legal action to reclaim my money.

This is a horrible online store

This is a horrible online store. I made an order a week ago, and the order is still in status “paid”. I didn’t received any tracking code. When I tried contact to the support, at the first time they have asked my contact information and order number, and said that their colleague will contact me. Nothing. I have texted them second time - I was told the same: “my colleague will contact you”, I have asked to cancel my order, because I still don’t know the status of my order and I can’t get that information. She said: “you can write us again if you won’t hear from us until 18:00 today”. Nothing. Today I wrote again, I’ve asked to cancel my order and… guess what? “Our colleague will contact you”.
I am very disappointed, and I don’t think someone can just take my money and keep telling me that I have to wait.
I definitely don’t recommend you to buy anything here.

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!
Website says “in stock, shipped the same day” I placed the order already 3 days ago and no update on shipping.
I’ll be leaving the country on Sunday and needed to receive the item before I depart.
Support keeps telling me that their colleague will get back to me which has still not happened. They have also refused to allow me to collect the order. Turns out they use a 3rd party for their support cases which are then forwarded to an incompetent "colleague" who does't respond.
Rather take your business to Amac

The worst experience with buying things online in the Netherlands for one of the more expensive products (2,800) on the market! I was very disappointed in the situation and the service they provided.

1. When buying the product, their website was glitchy so even though I put a different shipping address than the billing address it didn't register it.

2. I immediately sent them an email AND contacted them via the chat and they said they will sort it out (since we don't live there anymore so if they'd send it there it would come to the wrong hands!!!)

3. I didn't trust that so I called the next day 2 more times and spoke to 2 more people who both said they will sort it out so I trusted that one of 3 people should sort it out.

4. However, 2 days later it turns out that wasn't the case and my 2,800 product was shipped to the WRONG ADDRESS. I called again and wanted to speak to the boss who should at least take accountability for not being able to sort it out, but he didn't want to speak to me and sent a girl (who had nothing to do with it) to apologise in his name.

In summary: 3 people said they will sort it out, NONE of them did, no one informed me about that even though if they "tried their best to fix it" (as they said) someone should have been aware it wasn't fixed. So now I don't even know IF I'll get that expensive product or not.

WORST EXPERIENCE, DON'T BUY THERE! You'll only give yourself problems.

Sounds like you had an old address entered (where you lived before). This can happen if you let your phone or laptop fill it in automatically. This is not due to a glitch in the website.
If an incorrect address is entered, we will do our best to correct this mistake so that we can send the package to the correct address. As everything is processed automatically through our system and reaches our warehouse in no time, we will have to contact them first. If and order is already further along in a shipping process, unfortunately we may no longer be able to make changes to the order.

It is not possible to speak to the boss of the company. Our customer service is empowered to make choices and help you the best they can. Which is what they have done.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the fact that you entered a wrong address, or had it filled in automatically by your computer/phone. We ship directly to the address provided. This does not prevent us from doing our best to help you if you have mistaken the address. However, because this order was already in so far in the shipping process, we have not been able to cancel it and it will have been sent to an old address that you provided.

Good products, bad customer service

Product was good, but communication not great. No idea on the status of my order until I actually received it. Never revived an invoice for my purchase. Still following up a month later for the invoice.

Great device from a great shop!

First of all it was absolutely seamless purchase. Switf and firm. YouMacStore have very good prices and quick delivery. Apple Watch Ultra interested me because I wanted more durable watch with better battery. And it seems to be exactly what I was hoping. No more every day loading. Now It's one for three days so I'm very satisfied. I was thinking that it's a little bit too big for my wrist after using AW 7, but I quickly get used to it. It has big screen and few new features so I think now it's the best moment to buy it (when the prices dropped because new model show up). Thanks again for the YouMacStore. Their price was best for a new device. Hartelijk dank!

Customer-friendly store

First of all, it's the only store that sold me iPhone 13 Pro without a subscription. Other stores didn't want to sell the Pro version without the subscription.
I appreciate the possibility to pay with Klarna. It was really convenient for me.
Delivery was fast, no complaints at all.

Good product, not so good customer service

I ordered a MacBook Air and I got it, but with the wrong plug (US instead of European). I contacted them and I got the right one delivered a couple of days later.
I had a couple of interactions with customer service, one of them was really nice but the other didn’t really care.
I would have liked to give a better rating but the customer service (interaction and information exchange) could be handled a bit better in my opinion.

Untrustworthy

Delivery times are much longer than what's on the website, return policy is horrible, customer service, meh...
If I were to choose again, I would have never purchased from yourmacstore.nl

Edit to reply the shop's reaction:
On your website you say business orders must be above 10000 euros, which means if I wanted to benefit from what is offered in business orders (e.g. paying afterwards etc.) you would've rejected my request because my order was below that threshold. But when it comes to the shops benefit you are more than willing to bend your own rules!
You have wasted a lot of my time (with your insane customer service phone waiting time and generic FAQ like replies to my emails) and didn't help. Your offer to help now seems like an empty gesture for your marketing. Looking at other comments I see I am not the only one with such issues.
My advice to you: update your website, make important information clearly visible, and only provide information that you know is true!

Edit2: I see your point about business order not being subject to cancellation, and I see it as a loophole. Nonetheless, my main complaint still remains regarding what I'd call false advertising by giving unrealistic delivery dates on your webshop.

Very sad to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery time and the return policy. If I can get an order number from you I can look again at the possibilities.

If it is a business order (with a company name on the invoice) then cancelling/returning is unfortunately not possible.

Edit: Every order with a company name on it is a business order because of the VAT benefit you can get. The business page on our website is about discount on business orders through our account manager.
