I am really delighted with Elliot's…
I am really delighted with Elliot's work. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and saved me a lot of money as he fixed the issue for less than other garages wanted to charge me just for running diagnostic tests. He knows what he's doing,gets on with it and sticks to what he's promised to do. He's very friendly and easy to talk to.

Absolutely amazing services really…
Absolutely amazing service I was really worried when my water pump went on my car working for the NHS my car is my life line. My partner phoned the mechanic he was very professional on the phone, my car went in early the next day received a call few hours later my car was ready for collection competitive price fantastic service thank you so much and I would definitely recommend.

No nonsense, managed to get my Volvo DPF issue sorted. I wish I had found this garage sooner. They were able to collect the vehicle and fix my issue where other garages had failed. Highly recommend, good service and value.

DODGY AVOID
Wouldn’t even review with a rating. Turned up to look at the car. Then text messages me to tell me he can’t look at it due to having a health condition and the car was too dirty for him to look at so he went ahead and left my car key under the drivers side tyre. I then called to ask why he would not have notified me about the health condition as we could have arranged for the vehicle to be cleaned, And why he thought it was ok to just leave my car key where he saw fit, he proceeded by ending the call. Unfortunately I work with animals and the car has not been driven for a week. He was asked to contact when on the way which he did not. He then left and continued to message me about the state my car was in and how no car should be in the condition mine was in and how by the sounds of it nobody would turn up to look at my car, in fact I’d stated when contacting this garage via their website I had been let down by my garage nothing was expanded further and how as a technician his work environment should be safe and hygienic which I completely agree with. My problem is if he thinks it should be safe for him why did he not call me to say all this instead of messaging it to me and leaving my key where he deemed safe and not having the common decency to hand it over safely back to me. Not only did he waste my time but his own (audacity of running away and messaging me) AVOID by the reviews of this place clearly didn’t hold much hope after experiencing the same ignorance by this so called mechanic!

First, regarding the health condition, while it’s understandable that cleanliness is a concern, this should have been communicated beforehand to ensure appropriate preparations could be made. We value professionalism, and better communication from both sides could have helped avoid this issue.
Leaving the car key under the tyre was not ideal, and we will review our processes to ensure keys are returned directly in the future.
Regarding the cleanliness of your vehicle, as technicians, maintaining a hygienic work environment is essential. That said, the state of the car was a factor, and it’s important to ensure vehicles are presented in a condition fit for inspection. However, the manner in which this was communicated could have been handled better.
