First time purchase
A little late in leaving this review as I completed on my first home on the 6th of March. Carlo made the whole process smooth as possible, excellent communication at all times, even answering some of the more obvious questions without any judgement. Even outside the usual office hours always a prompt reply. Never felt an inconvenience or as if I was troubling him. Really felt he listened to what I wanted in a home, answered all the questions at both viewings. A quick and smooth process meant completion happened in around 8 weeks. Something that I was nervous and stressed about was made so much simpler by Carlo and the naturally reassuring manner in which he replied. Can’t thank him enough for his support and assistance and would highly recommend him to anyone buying their own home. Eve after completion he has been on hand to answer the odd questions I have had (including what paint was used) so even after completion he was on hand to assist. Overall a 10/10 experience and should the time come to buy or sell he will be my first point of contact.

If you are thinking of moving house, you must consider Your Key Move.
Carlo's knowledge in the field is outstanding and he is so passionate and supportive throughout the whole process, even out of normal office hours.
The advertising of our property was very professional including top quality photographs, video, 2D and 3D floor plans, and a local description, all of which were superb.
It's over 45 years since we last moved and we were totally out of our depth with all the requirements for a modern day move but Carlo quickly put us at ease and went out of his way to help us, arranging everything that was required including the necessary EPC certificate.
Within and hour of being circulated,we had an enquiry and over the weekend the house was sold.
Carlo kept an open dialogue between the buyers and ourselves throughout negotiations, some messages being sent and received late at night.
From the offer being accepted to completion was only a matter of eight weeks.
I cannot express how much we appreciate all the effort and support given by Carlo and would definitely recommend Your Key Move to anyone considering putting their property on the market. You won't find any better.

Wow!!!! I spoke to Carlo (as recommended by a friend) on the Wednesday afternoon I had found a property I liked without yet being in the market… he came to view mine on the Thursday I was live on the market and on rightmove by Friday afternoon. My photos and video are amazing!! My first viewing was on Saturday, I had other viewings on the Monday and Tuesday and by Wednesday a second viewing and an asking price offer. At the initial meeting with Carlo I asked for various recommendations for Solicitors, surveyors and a tax specialist and within the hour I had received introduction emails on all, so efficient and great with communication and follow ups.
