Excellent approach to customer service. On my first call I was told who I needed to speak to and when he would be available. I called back and spoke with Spencer, he was incredibly helpful and my spare part sourcing problem was solved. Delivery was very quick too. Thoroughly recommend calling them if you lose your head phone charging case like I did!

I thought that I had an impossible task to find a controller for a 14 year old tv. Would I have to buy a new telly? A bit of research on the web and there it was. Available on 5 day delivery it came in 2. Well done.
