Never had an issue - always easy to get hold of for any usual maintenance issues your gets anywhere, quickly resolved and always updated. Kind and open company.

After living at their Hoole property for the past 2 years, I can say that it’s been a great experience. From the start of my tenancy, it’s a been a smooth process and being at the start of my career, it’s appreciated to have one less thing to stress about. Personally, the open communication brings peace of mind. Yes, during the tenancy there were normal issues with maintenance etc but I feel that Yourgaff keeps improving to address any of my concerns and that mindset is very helpful. With plans of upgrading soon, I hope I can continue with Yourgaff!

Tolu was a great help with us trying to find my first home, and myself and my partner absolutely love it! For the price you can’t go wrong especially for an area like Chester!

Yourgaff - two very young and inexperienced individuals starting out which only leads to problems.

They “forgot” to mention the extra cost of the parking.. £500 a year, quite the hefty amount to forget.

They “forgot” to mention the extra cost for the washing machine and dryers.. £2 a wash, £2 a dry …

They pick and choose what they deal with and what they don’t want to do with, especially when there is a problem, they don’t want to know.

They will quite happily just “go with it” because they want to keep their clients happy but that client ends up being an individual with far too much money with a power trip … leading only to Your Gaff being taken advantage of and being walked all over.

I can see the “millennial ethos” you are trying to achieve, I think it’s great that you have found a gap in the market but you both have some growing up to do.

You shouldn’t be running a business if you’re relying on your clients to run the show!!!
