I had to end the call halfway thru as a Gas Engineer arrived to do my annual service and Samantha said she would ring back in an hour, which she. She wnt thru what comes with the policy and everything it entails and took my bank details for D/D and said I'd get 2 emails and a call from Ian in their Quality Dept, which have received and he double checked everything with me. All in all a superb service, excellently explained and a very clearly spoken agent who did a wonderful job.
