We will definitely be ordering more faux wood Venetian blinds as they look really lovely

We've been told that on Allusion blinds, we're half the price when compared to the standard home visit salesperson. Fitting them yourself is definitely the most cost effective method for new blinds. Enjoy your purchase.
Very Happy Returning Customer
As a returning customer I can highly recommend this company, their products and their customer service team.
Sadly on this occasion when we opened the package containing the “ head rail” we saw the rail was damaged and needed to be replaced.
We sent a short email to the company, with some photos attached, and received a prompt reply apologising and confirming a new rail was going to be despatched. The company apologised for the defective rail and were absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue in a very timely manner.
My allusion blinds are now up and look lovely, they were also a very good price.

Most awful service
Most awful service. I th9of testing by doing a relative small window first. Ordered with them nut was not happy so phoned them to confirm my order was what I wanted they confirm when eventually I received order it was wrong. Phoned them again but they said nothing they could do!!! So although the order was half wrong to save waste of money I had to order part of order again at a further cost plus more delivery. This is an awful unprofessional company in my opinion with u helpful cusyet service. Oh by the way still have mot received my addional order most upsetting 😡
