Awful service. We have waited over a year for the full package from them whilst still paying for our old lease. Phone system has gone down this morning and they haven't even managed to divert our number to three mobile numbers even after a third phone call (where I was holding for 15 minutes to get through!) even after promising me they would call my mobile number to check its gone through. Stay clear.
