Ordered item over 4 weeks ago, payment was taken but I have not yet received the order. I have emailed numerous times and have had no response, just radio silence. I have now had to go through to my bank to investigate and pull the money back for me. Absolutely shocking service.

One star because i cant chose 0.
Ordered from them, they were quick to take the money. I received confirmation of purchase and then....NOTHING.
No confirmation of shipment ( makes sense as they haven't shipped), no response to any emails, no response to any messages on social media. And no package has been received! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

Have bought from this company multiple times in the past without issue and found the quality to be quite good on the hoodies and tees I've bought.

However, ordered 3 items on 29th September, moneys gone out my account and still yet to receive the items. Not even despatched.
Have sent 3 emails since 7th October and not a single response back.
Customer service is non-existent and unfortunately has put me off ever buying from them again.

Only reason this isn't a 1 star is because I've had good orders in the past. But customer service is non-existent. Such a shame.

Two orders which the money has been taken and not been delivered reached out to the support email address nothing back. shocking had some nice stuff off them June time....

Ordered 3 items. 2 T-Shirts and a Hoodie. One t-shirt they sent me the wrong size and the hoodie was poorly stitched on the cuffs. Have sent the order back with tracked shipping for a full refund and sent 5 emails to date with no response. Very poor customer service.

Previously had no issues with YOLC so pretty disappointing.

Ordered 2 tops in December - 1 was not the correct item - tried emailing 4 times but no reply and messaged on Instagram- no reply - returned incorrect item but had to pay £9 postage - put a letter in the returns parcel but still no reply or refund - dreadful way to run a business - disgraceful - I will be reporting them to trading standards!!

Ordered a month ago, never received the item and never heard from yolc again. Never ordering here again.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY if you value your own gard earned money. Complete fraudsters! Their director Andy Gallon is a vile racist. Sadly the country is full of thick cretins like him.

Ridiculous refund policy and even if you meet it you do not get your money back!
The return policy is 14 days from when your order is placed. My parcel did not arrive until 7 days after my order was placed despite express delivery!
Then i had 5 working days to get the parcel back, which I did with recorded delivery as asked. I still havent had my refund and no communication.

AVOID

Have made three orders now and after my first two were faultless, I was disappointed that this one had an error with an incorrect item included.

Reached out via the website, had a response within 48 hours and the correct item was sent out free of charge.

Genuinely can't fault them.

I'm sick I didn't see these reviews before ordering. The quality of the clothes were a disgrace sent the whole order back which cost a fortune in postage to be told store credit was awarded. I dont' want to order from your SH!T shop. Absolute gangsters do yourself a favour and never order from them, order from a reputable company at least your paying for quality and service.

They don't even deserve a star. Ordered a solar lantern received damaged in two places. emailed twice and have been totally ignored. It wasn't cheap but looked good in photo. Postage was v expensive. Should have look at reviews before I ordered. There is no contact number and the email doesn't work or they just don't reply. Do not use this company.

Hi all. This guy and his partner, Jo also operate as Nest and Flowers and Retro Retail Ltd. He is/ has been a solicitor. I will be contacting the police (I have his home address). He has a large sum of my money taken via PayPal re an item that was returned to him. I have alerted PayPal to his misdemeanours.

A joke they never sent out the items that were bought and paid for so my friend know the owner and contacted him and he said it would be sent out long and short my friend happen to have the two items I ordered and gave it to me from his own home in mean that's sad that a company can do this there not men there homo thugs living with mommy !!!

Send incorrect items, accept return and doesn't send replacement or give money back. Andy Gallon (owner) and the whole company are impossible to get hold of. He's robbing our hard earned money and getting away with it.

YOLC are very active on LinkedIn but not on their own emails...

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Trading standards have been contacted as I'm waiting on a refund from 26.12.21. they have been completely unresponsive

Bought a black puffer jacket and is not the same as they are advertising. Received a totally different one. Even the item codes are different. Sent three emails and have had no reply! I know they don’t do refunds on sale items but in this regard, I believe I am fully entitled to one or, if they were willing to contact me, exchange it for the one advertised on their website. They also need to give full descriptions and pictures of the items they are selling. Useless company and will never purchase anything from them again. Think twice before buying folks!
