I like the promotion prices,I like the…

I like the promotion prices,I like the benefits for delivery,but I have one complaint,the size recommended is not always correct!For example,last of my purchase i order Dsquared jeans in 52 size based on Yoox recommended,and it's little bit small!In purchase couple of months I have the same experience-the recommended size was smaller for me!But everything else is perfect,the quality of the store is amazing!Thanks for everything!

Zero stars

Zero stars.
YOOX does not abide by their own Terms and conditions.
You advertise a €12 return charge but you actually TAKE €15 which is the same as the inflated standard delivery.
You advertise that funds CAN be transferred to bank or PayPal account by contacting through online form YET I HAVE MADE 4 requests and you have REFUSED to transfer.
I now have to take my complaint to consumer affairs because your customer service is APPALLING.

Response is as expected. Fill out a form again only to be left with NO RESPONSE from customer service. I’ve already filled 5 forms and NOTHING done.
When you do finally get an answer 3 weeks on ……every agent gives a different answer. Ridiculous.
Time to shop elsewhere.

I received a size L blouse with only…

I received a size L blouse with only the label, it is actually XXL, I don't understand, I returned it and we'll see, I ordered another one in size L, the application notified XXL, given that other items ordered corresponded to size L, I don't understand now why I have to pay 18 euros in taxes due to the XOOX website, I would be happy if the reported ones are confirmed or not.
