Ordered 8 bolsters and yoga straps and I am very impressed by the quality and also the price.
I needed the order to be delivered in 2 days. I contacted customer service and Nuala sorted it. The delivery came on time and for the same flat rate cost. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Very low quality blankets. About half as thin as you would expect. This is why I hate ordering online. Sometimes you would expect poor quality based on price, but here I paid $40 for 2 blankets. Was not expecting such poor quality for that price.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the products I bought. Yoga blankets (thin and loose weave) , foam blocks (not very solid) and a silk lavendar eyebag (silk was rough and lavendar scent was unpleasant, perhaps not natual lavendar. ) Will not order from them again.
Waiting on a refund.
I understand deliveries are mayhem right now, but... It's been over 3 weeks ( for a 2-day UK-to-UK delivery). The parcel is signed for delivery DHL - and obviously lost at this point. Thy're aware it still haven't been received and will not re-send/use another courier. So far they've only delivered empty words.
ps Their website blocks all the negative reviews from being posted.
I bought a really good, thick mat from this website. It was on sale for about £16, plus £4 shipping. Great deal on a good product. Nice mat colours, too!
A big thank you to yoga direct UK - they say what they do, they do what they say. Received my delivery today, all there, the right colour, even got a number of texts letting me know what time frame (within an hour) it would arrive today.
