No proforma was provided at the time of purchase - my return was therefore shipped back to me. Others customers have had the same issue. YOOX will respond to this with their usual disingenuous cut and paste "share your experience directly on the official Trustpilot page of the respective brands" in spite of the fact the contract is between the customer and YOOX not the customer and the brand.

they give 25% promo codes from time to time - these codes have no expiry date. I can;t use my code and from the last 2 weeks I'm sending over emails (waiting for responses from yoox takes ages) showing on screenshots that the code is broken. Not only that yoox responded me couple of times with the same info "please send us screenshot" when I preiously send the same screenshot couple of times but also claims that on screenshot I have expiry date.... that isn't there!!! I've never had an experience with any customer service that ignores and lies to customers in such way! this is DISASTER

The returns process is so lengthy, time-consuming, and unreliable that I’ve decided not to use them again - although I like the clothes. Pro formas required for return are routinely omitted from the orders. They’re also ‘lost’ en route, requiring resending. And the courier takes forever.
Filtering and selection options are also poor, making it difficult to find what you want. As interfaces go, this just doesn’t cut it.
I see no reason to use them any longer when Shein and other retailers make this process so quick and painless. The nice clothes don’t justify the huge hassle.

Hi, I would rate this as a O. I bought £600 Christian Louboutin shoes and the leather and sole ripped and torn after wearing them just once! They are not prepared to offer a refund, replacement or cost of repair. The customer service team have been terrible! The lady asked me if I wore them on carpet?! What difference does this make! It's been over a month going back and forth with customer service, two long phone calls and they only offered free shipping as a gesture of compensation, which is something that is already in place for all customers! DO NOT spend your hard earned money at this place!!!!

I am giving one star but to be honest they don't deserve any stars at all, don't ever place orders with them, as if you do and you have to return the expensive branded goods they sell, you will never get your money back, lost £450, customer service absolutely dreadful, no help whatsoever, the worst online shopping experience i ever had is with this company and with huge loss of money. How many times do I have to complain? Will someone please arrange for the collection of the goods that need to be returned. To state again, I cannot print off and complete the commercial invoices for this and I cannot bring the parcel to the pick up centre as I am housebound. Just do the right thing - arrange the return, give me my money back and get your returns process sorted - it sucks. If this had been explained I would not have purchased the goods. Your instructions merely state to attach the returns label and make contact with UPS. Ha-ha. Off now to spread the word on social media about the shocking service

As a long-time patron of Yoox, I have always lauded their excellent service and vast selection of products. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning my loyalty to the brand.
For years, I've trusted Yoox with my fashion needs and have even recommended them to friends and family. However, my recent order has shed light on a significant change in their returns policy that was implemented without adequate notification to loyal customers like myself.
Unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, Yoox has now begun charging customers £9 for each item returned using their prepaid label, effective as of March 11th. While my order was placed before this date, I was shocked to find this new return charge applied to my return.
Had Yoox transparently communicated this change in policy during the purchasing process, I would have reconsidered the size of my order. It's disheartening to realize that what was once a seamless and customer-friendly returns process has now been marred by unexpected charges.
As someone who values honesty and transparency in business dealings, I find Yoox's lack of upfront communication regarding this policy shift concerning. It's essential for companies to keep their customers informed of any changes that may impact their shopping experience, especially ones that involve additional costs.
Moving forward, I hope Yoox reevaluates its approach to customer communication and considers reverting to a more customer-centric returns policy. While I've had many positive experiences with Yoox in the past, this recent incident has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the brand.
In conclusion, as a long-standing customer, I urge Yoox to prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction to maintain the trust and loyalty of their clientele.

Dreadful service...! will never use again, tried to return for refund, im sure that they make it deliberately difficult to return anything, I have now been on the telephone 20 minutes whilst an operator obtains a returns 'number'...I have to take 5 copies of the pro forma invoice and somehow attache them to outside of the box..! what a pullava..!!!

Never heard of this company before until yesterday. A random transaction of £370 was made through PayPal to this company that was unauthorised. I contacted my bank and PayPal and an investigation is ongoing. I received a full refund a few minutes ago with no explanation as to how/why/when this company took my money. It certainly has made me feel even less trusting than I already did

I have been exchanging e-mails with yoox's nerve-wracking customer service for a week, concerning a promotion for just-in products with my personal yoox code as a superstar. My personal yoox code for some reason has been deactivated on their part, so, no promotion possible. I have written a lot, A LOT, of e-mails informing customer service about the problem, it always amounts to a have-you-really-checked policy, no responsibility acknowledged whatsoever, even when I told them that this amounts to fake promotions. Well, I am reporting their fake promotions.

Unlike The Outnet there is no way to track my parcel return. I took it to the UPS delivery point which was on a industrial site om 16/11/23. The parcel was very large. Contact with Yoox is non existent on their website. They have cut off the ability to talk to them even via a webchat. I have been with them for 11 years but this is the worst experience ever with them.

AVOID! Fake items had checked not genuine camr from italy no dust bag, no mk tag, no mk serial, The I in michael wonky. Wrapped in tissue in brown box. No mk card invoice said leather bag no mention ok mk for custom as NOT. Colour off white more cream than white. Do not waste your money if return prib wint get money left then with zero. If google Yoox its london but fake items coming from italy. Very quick turnaround via ups. But that is no surprise
