Called YKB to diagnose a fault. The service was excellent and prompt, with Fiaz attending the same day. Would highly recommend.

Fiaz came out very quickly when we lost power to all our sockets , with no obvious trip on the fuse board. He listened to what appliances had been in use at the time and quickly diagnosed the problem and rectified it before providing some advice. We had been let down by a company who had confirmed they would come out within 2 hours, only to call back to say they couldn't come out until the next morning! Fiaz stepped in and arrived very quickly.

I would’ve really highly recommend this company who was very efficient but line to professional. I called him a short notice notice and completed the job days my mum is helping Liam was worried about someone turning up as she wasn’t going out that day but he made her feel very comfortable and relaxed

YKB Electrical responded to an emergency call out for us. Response time was excellent, contact was made within 5min of messaging and within an hour someone was with us. We had a sudden electricity loss in part of our property as it turned out due to a faulty extension lead. YKB listened to our description of the events and systematically investigated the issue, the problem was found within 30min. The call out charge was very reasonable. We would certainly use YKB again.
