Pleasant 1st time buy

Some of the items featured are comparable to other platforms , some can be a bit pricey but some when on discount or promotion are really good buys. But 1 thing for sure they sell original products from Korea and their delivery are fast and the delivery guy actually rang the doorbell and make sure that I received it and not just leave it outside the door . Looking forward to shop again with this platform

Great shopping experience

This is my second purchase and I’ve been very happy with YesStyle. I was able to find what I wanted easily and my order arrived in a timely manner. I will continue buying from them.

Insincere customer service

I had lost a package before from Yesstyle and had communicated with the Yesstyle team that my package was not delivered; however, after many days, there was no resolution. They had done nothing to accommodate my situation, and mainly blamed me for not checking the package. The package was stolen, and yet Yesstyle was not able to compensate, not even add credits to my account or offer a refund. Websites such as Amazon do a better job at helping customers with similar issues. I shop at Yesstyle very often; thus, there should be trust built between customers, and just ignoring my situation is crazy.

Shipping to Australia is quick!

Living in Australia, I often find that shipping can take quite a while (as some reviewers have noted). I have never had this problem with YesStyle - postage is quick and I usually receive the products within a week or two. They arrive well packaged, in perfect condition. Will continue buying my K-Beauty from this site.
