I've used YesAsia quite a few times over the last year or so. Customer Service has been really quick when I needed to alter/cancel orders. Items are a bit more expensive than other websites, but they make uo for it with much cheaper shipping. All around a great, reliable website.

I've been ordering K-pop albums from YesAsia for eight years now and I've never been let down. They always arrive in good time and in good condition, and the shipping is free!

Their customer service is also fantastic. One time when YesAsia made a mistake when filling out the customs info on my package (they split the shipment but then wrote the full cost on both boxes), they gave me credit for the full cost of the customs charges as an apology. If you're ordering K-pop albums for shipment to the UK, I highly recommend them :)

This site is quite useful and easy to navigate. They often have titles that are not easily found elsewhere - I usually buy Japanese movies here and am satisfied with the service and ease of purchasing. Highly recommended!

I buy manga from them, and while it isn't the cheapest option, it is very accessible and they do offer free shipping at X amount so that's a big thing to consider. search in the item's native language as you'll get more results that way.

It's a great site to find asain products. I shop there for Japanese music. The site has been reliable and the customer service helpful in the years I've used the site. The only draw back is that sometimes they are unable to fill some items. I don't think they have inventory so much as contacts that have inventory. That's my guess anyway. Anyways I'd recommend them to anyone looking for movies and or music form Asia.

Have had several great interactions with this site. They have so much in the way of music, movies, dvds and so many other things in the world of KPop. This is my go to place for all things KPop.

I Love "YesAsia North America", and have been a member for many years. But I am continuously frustrated with "searching" for titles; "Never" receiving a reply when out of stock item comes back in stock, so I can order; and ordering items and a month or more after I have ordered had YESASIA come back and tell me it was no longer in stock. There seems to be a lack of respect for the customer.
