I had a very disappointing experience with Yemeksepeti. The delivery was extremely late and the food arrived cold. Customer service was not helpful at all and it was very difficult to get a proper response. The app looks nice but the service quality does not match the expectations. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.

They charged me 30$ twice for groceries ( total of 60$ ) and when I asked the delivery driver he said "nono we serious company we don't do that" idiot scammers. I contacted support instead of refunding me WITH PROOF OF SCREENSHOTS OF MY CARD CHARGE they gave me 100Lira, which is a 2-3 dollar coupon that I can only use IF I PURCHASE AGAIN. Idiotic scammers, shit support.

I lost my cupon because I left the app. I left the app because the order button was bugged out. I can't even connect to a live help. It just automaticly leads me to dumb AI. Overall lame and ugly experience.
Hong Kong Kuşadası Absolutely appalled
Absolutely appalled, I ordered from.Hong Kong Chinese In Kuşadası. I ordered chicken noodles. I put a note on to say I am allergic to mushrooms very severely. The order arrived thankfully I checked all mushrooms, maybe 4 pieces of the smallest chicken you can imagine. Contacted them immediately on yemeksepeti, assumed they would get someone to bring correct order. Oh no 50tl refund then chat closed. It cost me 422tl for this , I sent them photos I've tried again today to say I am not willing to accept the 50tl . The item is still in the bag uneaten. They do not care and cut chat immediately. As for hong Kong substitution of mushrooms is obviously cheaper than using chicken- never again. I will use other agencies in Kuşadası that deliver food.
Stolen Money
I ordered food yesterday from popeyes and the order never came, when i talked to the costumer service they blocked me and the guy was so rude.
I have been ordering food for my whole life and this was the worst experience.
They didn't even give me cashback, I consider this a criminal act and they should be held account for it, the problem isn't money the problem is how they treat their own clients.

The worst app, They steal your money
YemekSepeti is one of the worst apps you could possibly use, and here’s why.
At first glance, everything seems fine—but God help you if anything goes wrong. Their support is absolutely terrible. The agents show up in chat, but they don’t solve anything. Instead, they just create a ticket and pass you off to someone else, promising a resolution "later." Spoiler: that "later" never comes.
If you cancel an order, need changes, or face a delivery issue, you’re completely screwed. Support is useless—no feedback, no solutions, just endless frustration.
And don’t even get me started on their couriers. Half of them seem completely incompetent—delivering to the wrong address, ignoring instructions, or just being outright stupid. I have no idea how this company hires such clueless people, but it’s a disaster waiting to happen.
If you enjoy wasting your time, money, and sanity, go ahead and use YemekSepeti. Otherwise, stay far away. This app is a joke.

No refund of the money for missing item. Can't get any person to support. The automatic support doesn't answer anything. Cancelation of orders without any reason.
