YEMA Manufacture Horlogère Française 1948 Reviews 

I visited Paris at the end of May and had decided to purchase a French watch as a memory of the trip. I wanted a watch that actually used a French movement. I had identified Yema and noted their new boutique was very close to my hotel. So I visited to try out a Superman Dato or Gilt.

The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and pointed out their limited-edition Dato in the colors of the street signs in St. Germain. It has the in-house CMM.11 caliber movement, which is amazing.

If you are in Paris, you should definitely check out the Yema Boutique. You will be treated like a king/queen.

The watch is even better than expected, shipping was fast.

In general, my experience with Yema turned out to be very positive. The support team is not only helpful and thoughtful, but friendly too. I also got a free gift rubber strap from them just by asking next to the ordered item. The watch itself I purchased, a Yema Phantom, is quality made as well. No bells and whistles there, just the rugged, bare, masculine, neo-vintage feeling all over it. I highly recommend this store.

I bought a Yema Superman Steel and I am very satisfied with the fast service.
The movement runs perfectly accurately, and the watch is beautifully finished.
It fits perfectly on the wrist, and I will certainly order more watches in the future.

The watch looks great but the steel bracelet could be more comfortable

I purchased The Yema Rallygraf Alpine Quartz edition.
This is my 3rd Yema watch and this such a striking watch.Beautiful Dial and colour scheme.
Looks far more expensive than what I paid for.
I would highly recommend Yema for anyone who values Build quality and character filled timepieces.

Fast delivery, my Wristmaster arrived in excellent condition. It's my first Yema watch and I believe in their dedidaction to quality and own design style.

My Superman Moontide Titan with cmm.11 movement runs very exact and complete perfect within cosc.
Titan watch and strap are very good, lightweight quality and perfect to wear.
The dial is fantastic and plays with the light. You will not find something like this anywhere!

The Superman Bronze is my 3rd YEMA watch. I have a Navygraph GMT and a bronze with burgundy bezel. After a little natural aging, the bronze takes on a perfect patina for a diver. YEMA watches keep getting better with this new one fitting slim on the wrist with a very interesting dial that changes shade of blue as light hits the vertical striping. It is easy to wind and set and very comfortable to wear on the supplied rubber strap.
I received the watch quickly but returned one of the straps as it was too short. This was a very easy and pleasant experience as the YEMA team were very responsive, kept me informed and made it happen quickly.
I am very pleased with the look, feel and build quality of the watch and the support service is on par with the product.

I was able to reach the Service chat late in the evening. Since I had a special request, the watch and bracelet had to be configured separately. I got the purchasing link within a few minutes, purchased the watch, received it only 2 to 3 days after the purchase I fully recommend Yema, an excellent and beautiful watch (Superman Heritage with the fishscale bracelet).

Friendly service, fast shipping, will buy again

The dial is nice but the bracelet is not good. It is very difficult to adjust the length and I think it is too small in lug.

Needed to make return. The process was lengthy, but the communication on Yema’s part was thorough, helpful and timely.

Update : Nicholas from Yema contacted me and has assisted me with the refund process. I'm glad they are able to assist me on this as it was a really good buying experience and the watch is really wonderful.

All I can say is, the watches look better in person for the Rallygraf Original that I purchased. The leather band on the watch is also really soft and durable. It feels comfortable to wear. It feels better and more comfortable than the picture on their website.

I got 2 watches with both leather straps. Original Rallygraf panda and the Rallygraf Alpine series black and white. Both are stunning and again the leather is really soft and comfortable to wear.

Original Post : I was excited to visit Paris and buy directly from the Yema store. The store was nice and the people there were great. The watch looks better in person that in the picture. It was stunning and everything I have been expecting.

The only problem is, the tax refund process is hard and when I flew out, I did not get my refund. I contacted them about it on April 8 and it's April 10 now and I still have not received a response.

So that just means it would have been cheaper if I just bought it online than having to experience and saving money in Paris.

Aside from that, the watch is really nice.

I hope I can get my tax refund soon or someone contact me soon about it.
