I found the sales approach very pushy

I found the sales approach very pushy. The representative spent most of the call pointing out everything they believed was wrong with my website and making alarming predictions about lost business. As a small company, I felt there was little understanding of my budget or circumstances. I was then quoted around £400 per month, which I felt was excessive. It came across as a hard sales pitch rather than genuine advice. Unfortunately, not an experience I would recommend.

I’ve been trying to cancel the…

I’ve been trying to cancel the agreement since day one of getting it but you guys don’t seem to respond to emails or calls . So had no choice but to cancel direct debit

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service ! Lost the landline number I was assigned which was an absolute nightmare to sort out. Yell didn’t seem to care or understand how much they messed up. Feel like I’ve been conned into another 12 month package and don’t seem to get any phone calls or genuine leads, absolute rip off ! Not had any contact from them whatsoever since which was over 3 months ago, just take my money but never check in. Can’t wait until this contract is up so I can cancel everything and move my business as far away from Yell as possible. Avoid at all costs !
