They need to change their courier…
They need to change their courier company. The delivery people call you, you pick up, and they hang up immediately. Initially i thought it was spam because I answered them, but they immediately hanged up on me, but then you discover the truth when you see the email saying that "you have not answered the delivery person's call." You call them, and either they don't pick up the phone, or they hang up on you.
After several calls, already unhappy with this "trick", you call the company, and the only solution is to go pick up the order at a store (after paying €10 for its delivery), or schedule the delivery for another "undetermined" time.
P.S. I've edit this review because the company replied this review saying that I didn't complete the address (true, because I trusted in the autocomplete of Chrome Browser, and I think it is the first time it failed, I guess that is something due to the development of their site), and that I didn't answer any call, completely false. I did answer the single call the courier company made, after second tone or so, and they hanged up on me. 15min later, after checking the mail and guessing it was in fact the courier company instead of spam or a wrong call, I actively call them several times, and they hanged up on me again, or directly didn't pick up the phones after several tones.
I've said it twice in this post, just read it, please, and accept my bad experience buying at your site. Do not invent saying that I didn't answer, or trying to move this review to other company as you asked me to.
Sadly I cannot decrease the review even more, because I'm currently more annoyed than before because of how they are handling the issue.
P.S. Si, por el error al autocompletar faltó el piso en la dirección. El repartidor, por ese error que SI fué cometido por mi, me llamó, vi la llamada y CONTESTÉ bastante rápido, al segundo toque. El reparpatidor me colgó él a mi, habiendo yo cogido la llamada. En ese momento no sabía que había ocurrido, y pensaba que era de esas llamadas que te llaman, descuelgas, y te cuelgan, por error o spam lo que sea, no le di importancia. Hasta que vi el correo diciendo que no había contestado. Inmediatamente me puse a llamarle, porque sienta mal que te tomen el pelo de esa manera, porque habiendole contestado, ponga eso. Y el repartidor siguió en la línea de no responder.
La mala experiencia con vosotros es que a raiz de algo que es habitual por como actúan los repartidores, que son así, porque creo que a todos, incluso tú que lees esta review, hayas pedido algo online, y estando en casa delante del telefonillo, recibes un mensaje de un repartidor diciendo que ha pasado por casa y no estabas. El problema es que por esta tontería, estoy recibiendo una pésima experiencia por vuestras maneras de aceptar mi incidencia. Solo creyendo lo que indica el seguimiento de Nacex, no confiando en el testimonio del cliente, y obviamente dejándome por mentiroso. Pues en fin, ¿qué esperáis si a un cliente que va a vosotros con una incidencia le llamáis mentiroso? Os pensáis que me apetece estar aquí escribiendo esto? Para nada.
