Called re Yamaha Music CAst 20 rear…

Called re Yamaha Music CAst 20 rear wireless speakers. After unpowering these for 2 weeks re connected to power and no power is getting through. Looking on line this is a common issue where the circuit board goes-- JUST FOR CONNECTING TO POWER. I called expecting to be able to send back for a quick fix that I would pay for after spending £240 on each rear speaker and £800 on the DSP home theatre and the CS guy just said no if know the part order and get it done yourself. REALLY not the service I was expecting from a quality Hi Fi company and I will be buying Denon in the future

Escott and Daniel are ripping off all…

Escott and Daniel are ripping off all the clients from yamaha Slack Creek.. Springwood.

The real mecahanic if you would like to be happy and a life for along time.
( MMM Motorcycles) Him won't Ripping you off

On 01/03/2024, I purchased service for a coil problem with my motorbike from Ultimate Yamaha Springwood slack Creeck

My motorbike was backfiring so I took it to Yamaha to diagnose the problem, and they said I needed to change the coil. I purchased the coil (waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive) and my mechanic friend changed it for me, but the same problem remained – they'd either misdiagnosed the issue or made an assumption without even bothering to check properly. I took it to Yamaha again and they said it was the fuel injection, and that they'd sent it away to be cleaned and it was ready to go, charging me $1400 for their service. But when I took the bike home, not only was the fuel tank empty (it was full when I took it there), but it was still backfiring and now had electrical issues that weren't there before. I ended up cleaning the fuel injection myself, which only took me an hour, and discovered there were loose screws on the bumper bar, panels, and bolts that hold the tank together. The battery cover wasn't put back on, they'd spilt chemicals on the bike and paint was peeling off, and the storage unit at the back no longer locks. They'd also scratched paint off the bike's frame, saying they'd repair it but never called me back. I waited another 3 weeks for them to remedy these issues and ended up having to fix it myself, as I rely on my bike as my primary transport to work – this took me over 24 hours, to change the coil that wasn' the problem, I put all the panels togetter , when I stared my 1300Yamaha FGR onother problem appear, the conection of the
coolant was disconected, I spoke with the inrrespossibel Daniel that is a very cold guy with no compation and care to the clientes to pass it to Scott, and nothing was done, when i started the bike The coolant came from everywhere. i had to leave my bike for two more days after wait for 3 weeks for partes that wasnt the problem I've trusted them for the last 5 years, and I'm very disappointed about their lack of care, major malpractice and for putting my life at risk. I have no doubt they're ripping other people off too, charging for parts where there isn't a problem, and putting their lives in danger.
The mechanices are selffish and inginorantes without experience, lets say, they have loose screewns in brain, every single time, lots of screewn are loose and o have to fix my self plus the bike after i clean, it comes back full of oil and finger prints. the new guyy at the service is arrogant, i called to know about my bike and him hang the phone on me!!!
That day i went see him faca to face!!
I"m finally free from all of you, only one guy that really look after me was Tony, the real soul.
Scott and Daniel from the service, you guys never should be parte of the industry.
YOU DONN'T HAVE SOUL AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS🤮🤮🤮YOU AND YOUR'S INRRESPOSSIBLE MECHANIC, DAMEGE MY BIKE SO MUCH.😫😡😡😡😡

THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST MECANIC
HIM DIDN"T TOUCH THE BIKE. THE BACKFIRING NOISE, HIM GAVE ME THE ANSWER IN 1 MINUT, I TOOK THE BIKE HOME AND FIXED IT IN ONE HOUR. YAMAHA WANT TO CARGE $700 FOR PARTES THAT HAVEN'T NO PROBLEM AT ALL🥵😡😡😡
ONLY CLEAN THE NUMBER ONE FEUL INJECTION THAT COST TO MY $20 FOR THE PRODUCT.

You are the real soul😇🙏🏽

I understand that under the Australian Consumer Law, when I buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what I asked for.

I'm providing photos and footage of their faulty work and the damage they did to my bike.

I'm seeking compensation for the 24 hours of work I put in to trying to fix their mistakes, plus parts that weren't needed.

If I do not hear from you within 5 working days, I will lodge a formal complaint with Office of Fair Trading Queensland and/or report my issue to the ACCC.

brings back memories

used to get some piano lessons as a hobby as a kid and my teacher had this yamaha piano which i loved how it looked, how it felt to push the keys and frankly how it smelled for some reason. it smelled like culture and art sort of speak. i don't know much about the customer service but i also recently bought a guitar of them as a gift to a person who is dear to me, and he loved it a lot. they make some durable instruments.

Yamaha - Failure to honour Cashback

I recently purchased a Yamaha RX A4A £1049 to replace my Yamaha AX2 from peter Tyson.com, the sale had a £130 cashback from Yamaha

The service from Peter Tyson is faultless, they have excellent customer service unlike that received by Yamaha. I have numerous products such as keyboards, speakers and mixers and while the products are superb I now know that the customer service is lacking
I purchased the receiver online and within 2 days the item arrived, I applied for the cashback and sent the invoice etc. Apparently online orders do not count but the T&C's online do not state this
I have given the shop until Wednesday 11th to resolve otherwise the receiver goes back as it's a violation of contract. While Peter Tyson have been really helpful this also reflects bad on them
Makes you wonder as Yamaha provide excellent warranties whether they would honour this if the item developed a failure. As it stands I won't be buying any more Yamaha products.
Will be buying a Denon, Onkyo or Marantz Receiver instead

We have 2 wave runners

We have 2 wave runners, we bought 2 ecoxgear Bluetooth cup speakers that have never been used, they don’t hold a charge. Called ecogear who then told us to call Yamaha. No one will stand by their product. We asked about replacement batteries for them, no response. Why would anyone buy a product and spend $450.00 on for one time use.

Bought a Yamaha xmax but I can't get the Garmin street cross software to work properly. The dealer doesn't know anything and states call Garmin. Garmin states it's Yamahas software. Yamaha states they don't know, so now I have a brand new bike that doesn't have the capability that they promised

what customer service?

Tried to get a replacement for a yamaha receiver r-s202 that is not even 1 year into a 2 year warranty. The receiver lost all output and is not working. I get no reply from email customer support after sending in their online warranty form. The customer support phone number charges $9.95 for 15 minutes. I tried twice on customer service chat and after they refuse to help after only a few responses and then terminate our chat with no warning! Bad customer service that is designed for you to keep your defective product and choke on a yamaha warranty. Stand behind your products yamaha!

If I could give these folks a zero I would. Their customer service is awful! I called to cancel a order because I purchased the wrong item for 450 and they still shipped the item. I spoke with Austin twice and he was awful, loud talking and attitude with me just b/c I asked him to cancel my order, terrible customer service representative. I even called the next morning to speak with someone else to reassure that my order was canceled and again she told me it would be, then later In the day I receive an email stating my order had shipped. Simply ridiculous. I would not recommend spending money with these folks. Simply horrible.

simple problem - one of many reviewers ignored

I have what I think is a very straightforward question about resetting the time the piano stays on when not in use. It arrives set for 30 minutes but the instruction book tells me I can change that to 5, 10, 15, etc if required, and I have tried a few things, but no details on how to do that. Does this sound simple? I've now sent two emails to the enquiries site and I've called 5 times and left a message requesting a return call. Nothing. It might be a nice piano, I haven't had it long enough to make that decision, but the company is worse than bad. Look at the star rating - 62% of reviewers give it ONE STAR - wouldn't any company be thoroughly appalled at that.
