I was looking for a new diamond for my wife’s wedding ring. Yadav Jewelry had a beautiful diamond for sale on their website and it was exactly what I was looking for and was within my budget. Unfortunately I found out that the diamond had already been purchased. The online sales staff picked another diamond that was even better than what I had picked and sold it to me for the same price as the other diamond I had selected. I received the diamond 2 days later and it was in a beautiful presentation box with the the paperwork on the stone. I highly recommend Yadav Jewelry. My experience was beyond wonderful. I will buy from them again, no question.

They have great customer service. I need resize a ring I bought and they provided me the shipping label for free and shipped it back to me in less than a week.

Yadav was great to communicate with when I had special rush shipping needs on a nice marquise diamond I purchased through them for an engagement ring. I used yadav for my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band. The ring was a custom made ring and came out beautifully. The customer support through an all online transaction was fantastic with updates available when I asked for them and pictures throughout. On the matching wedding band they gave me advice on the process and when to order so that I would have the wedding band for the big day. Great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Great to Work with/even on returns

I used Yadav a couple years ago and purchased a ring to ask a lady to get married. As things didn't work out, they gave me zero fuss about returning the ring and were great to work with.

I swore that if I ever needed another engagement ring I would use them again, because the ring was magnificent. Well as it turned out, I found an even better lady, and bought an even bigger ring. More beautiful than the first....and she said Yes....and was so wooo-ed by the ring, I look like a hero! Highly recommend them!!!
