Goede service!

Ik heb een horloge besteld voor kerst, mijn horloge kwam netjes op tijd binnen. Helaas bleek het de verkeerde horloge te zijn, ik heb zondagavond gemaild en maandagochtend meteen reactie ontvangen dat ik de horloge kon retourneren en ik de andere horloge voor kerst toegestuurd kreeg. Ik snapte het retourneren niet helemaal (of ik dan moest betalen om het terug te sturen etc) en ik kreeg al snel een reactie dat ze mij de goede horloge opsturen met postzegels voor de verkeerde horloge zodat ik die kostenloos terug kan sturen. Ik ben goed geholpen en op de site staat dat ze ernaar streven om je mail binnen 4 uur te beantwoorden, dit doen ze ook echt netjes. Dus mijn ervaring is helemaal goed!
