Poor despatch and delivery time
First time I have used this company. Ordered some chain ring bolts, which were in stock, on the 28th October. Items not despatched until 4th November. I have just received these items today, the 11th November. I order items from Germany and Holland with free delivery and receive them within 3/4 days from time of ordering. Will not be using XXcycle again

Timely delivery across Europe, sharp prices, good quality products
I bought a 150 mm bicycle shock for my wife's bike which was delivered within 3 days. The shock is a simple but effective and sturdy device which I was able to mount on the bike without any hassle. Test rides show the device takes care of its task appropriately. I am a satisfied customer and would purchase from XXcycle again.
