The lights are great but have noticed that in about 8 to 12 months they stop working or charging. I buy a lot of this product and get a 30% failure rate.

Wonderful and very lightweight little rechargeable torches can highly recommend, i keep one in the car and one just inside my kitchen door as it’s very dark where I live battery charge lasts ages too. SUPERFAST post also. Overall highly delighted thank you and the actual best bit is no more batteries which is good for everyone and the enviroment

I recently had a problem with one of the units I had bought earlier. The technical support leading to the replacement of the charging cradle was first class.

Before purchase I phoned your organisation and was told that the sensor range could be adjusted and that during hours of darkness the lamp would glow dimly until activated. These features are not present and I was surprised that there is no over-ride facility to keep the light on. The instructions did not cover any of the functions and were very poor. On installation, the light took 40 mins to turn off and I thought it was faulty!

Quick response to delivery of item, the quality of the item of superior quality and provides a good sensor coverage for stairwell and provides exceptional lighting coverage. Certainly recommend due to it’s slimline configuration. The torch function is an added plus just in case.

This is an excellent company to deal with. Because I had made multiple orders, they sent me a free gift light which was faulty. Even though it was free, upon being informed they sent me another one. That’s what I call a first class service.
