It's the third day I am trying to reach them via phone or email.They are like disappear.If they doesn't contact me until Monday Police will handle my issue.Unacceptable behavior

Tracking was unreliable until all notifications suddenly started working, revealing the package's previous progress. Unfortunately, the coin I received had a noticeable, deep scratch. Despite this, I’m considering making another small purchase, mainly because this week has been quite busy. I hope my experience improves next time.
