The dress is gorgeous and the fabric is beautiful, light and soft? Just as I'd hoped. The customer service was amazing! I mistakenly ordered the black instead of the champagne dress and I asked to cancel. They helped me with the exchange and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted! Im definitely coming back to but more! Delivery tool a month though, but I expected that given where it was coming from. Overall great experience!

Rosey but Smooth
The dress was nice. Didn't really know what 3D was. Wasn't expecting the design to be embedded. I thought the roses were on the dress but it was a print like material. In other words there were no roses . It was made in th he material to look like that. Dress very comfortable and the fit was nice. Wish it didn't take so long to receive it though.

The clothes are very not what it says, I am really disappointed because I have ordered from x plus wear before, I tried contacting to return but I did not get any response on how to return, the materials were very cheap, the design is like a baby is going to wear them. Great experience for a First Time customer
I ordered a dress that I could wear to church. I was not sure about the yellow color, but when I received the dress, it was prettier than online. I think I could have gotten a smaller size based on my dimensions, but the dress is beautiful. I will definitely order again.

I have been eyeing a number of outfits…
I have been eyeing a number of outfits (mostly dresses!) for ages. I love the designs and boldness of many of the looks. My concern with buying any clothes online (not just yours) is Always the quality of the material and construction. So I decided to start with two tops of the same design -- one black, the other white. (For me, if I like the way a design looks, I'll want it in as many colors as I can get, especially black and white.)
I do like the design of the tops, I'm just not crazy about the material. I haven't worn them yet. I know I will. In the Texas heat, I don't want to wear much that isn't cotton these days in case it isn't breathable.
These tops would have been Great in linen, but they aren't. My suggestion would be to have options available in cotton. Luckily, the material isn't scratchy or the other "super soft" materials, which are like sandpaper on my skin.
I'm glad I started with tops. I will continue to look through xpluswear.com's offerings. As I'm hopeful I will like some of the dresses. I do like Statement clothes -- things that I don't see everyone else in. Thank you.

Not so good
The top of my dress was lovely, however the bottom did not represent what I expected. It was supposed to be satin, however it was more like skirt or dress lining. I can’t wear it because it is very flimsy.

I purchased two dresses in June. When they finally arrived the quality was appalling. They looked nothing like the pictures on the website and one of the dresses wasn’t even what I had ordered. They are clearly drop shipping from China and then make you return the items to America.
I immediately requested a refund which I had to keep asking for- they kept wanting to give me a discount off a future order rather than refunding me.
They received my return on 22nd July and have been stalling ever since. Today is the 4th September and I have still not received my refund. Every time I contact them to ask where my money is they say it will take a few more days.
I also tried to leave a review on their site but it appears their feedback form only allows positive reviews to be submitted (what a surprise!!)
I feel like this whole experience has been a scam - please think twice before loosing your money to this company.

1. We would like to clarify that our website does support GBP settlement. However, prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars by default. If you do not manually switch the currency while browsing, your payment will be processed in US Dollars by default. Upon reviewing with payment platform, your transaction was indeed settled in US Dollars.That is why your bank statement shows “Foreign currency value US$82.98” — this is the currency our system received for your order. Your issuing bank then automatically converted this USD amount into £62.51 GBP and debited it from your pound‑denominated card.
2.When we issued the refund, we could only refund in the original settlement currency. We processed a refund of US$69.99(item price you paid for). The difference in pound sterling you see on your bank statement comes from the different exchange rates applied by your bank on the purchase date versus the refund date. Mid‑market reference rates you quoted are for information only; your bank uses its own retail exchange rate for card transactions, which we have no control over.

VERY disappointing experience with this…
VERY disappointing experience with this company. The dress I received did not meet my expectations and, most importantly, it was noticeably different from the dress that was advertised on the website.
The dress I received differed from the photos in several ways, including the overall appearance, fit, and quality. Worst then Shein, like tissue paper, the colors were not even the same and neither was the patter or print.
After contacting customer service and providing the requested photos and details, I was offered either a 30% partial refund or a coupon for future purchases. Considering how disappointed I was with the dress, neither option was acceptable to me,especially since the item I received was not what I expected based on how it was advertised.
I have requested to return the dress for a full refund and am even willing to pay the return shipping costs myself. I also have no intention of purchasing from this website again.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the resolution offered by customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company. I strongly encourage other customers to carefully review the return policy and manage their expectations, as the item you receive may not accurately reflect what is shown on the website.

Do not order from this company, the material Is cheap and not worth what there asking for. I ordered the Pink Mother of the Bride suit, the pants were cheap and way too short for whatever reason, strings were hanging and not good quality. I sent an email to customer service so I could return and get a refund. 1) They make you jump through all these hoops just for a return address. 2) They want you to pay for return shipping and you will not receive your whole refund back. 3 )It's been weeks and I email them every other day and they respond in a timely manner always apologizing and keep changing the return date, but I still have not received my refund. So really I have been frustrated, inconvenienced and lost money with this company. If you support a company and buy there merchandise, you should get that same respect back when it's time for a refund. Do Not Buy From This Company!!!!!! They have no respect for customers. I order a two piece pants suit and…
I order a two piece pants suit and dress a month and a half ago, just got order 2 weeks after needing that suit and tried the dress, too long so decided to send both items back. No I don’t want a 33.33 refund in my $127 order and no I don’t want a $55 voucher to shop ever again. These are not good signs of a reputable store to shop at. Once I get this issue resolved, I won’t be doing anymore shopping here.
