I ordered a dress , received it and was very displeased with it. It didn’t look like the photo on the site. I sent the dress back and Oct 29, 2026 was the 20 business day and I still have not received my refund. I ordered another outfit loved it but it’s too big, I only wanted to exchange for a smaller size, xpluswear informed me to kee the item and they would shipped me teller 2 XL . The item still had not been shipped as I need it for a certain date. I keep getting apology emails and asking me to be patient. I’ve been patient long enough and at this point I’m seeking legal advice because this type of customer service is utterly ridiculous

The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. Looked like it at first but on closer comparison with the picture, what was sent me lacked the style, and some of the coloring that I noticed and liked on the dress modeled in the online picture. The material for the skirt was different than in the online picture. Will never order from them again. It is a scam!!!

Rip off!
I ordered 2 dresses. The same because I didn't know if it was going to be cut small or not. However the dress was to short and the quality was not good. So I try to return and the offer me 30% of my money or a credit of 42 use. I want all my money. The product is not damaged. Who does this?

Complete scam—what they advertise vs. what you actually get is a joke!
I ordered what looked like a highly structured, stylish asymmetric denim top from Xpluswear on August 10, 2026. It took over a month to arrive, finally showing up at my door on September 11, 2026, at 10:30 PM.
The online ad shows a beautiful, tailored denim corset shirt. The reality is a pathetic excuse for a garment. It looks nothing like the picture—it is completely unstructured, poorly sewn, cheap, and lacks any of the tailored shaping shown on the model. It's basically a completely different, unwearable piece of fabric. Do not waste your time or your hard-earned money on this company!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is a complete scam!!! I waited well over 2 months for my order and the event in which I bought was over by time I received it. Once I finally received it, the quality was HORRENDOUS!!! So I of course decided to return the entire order and they made it almost impossible due to their requirements in order to return, but I was determined to follow every step! They confirmed that they received my return and I’m still waiting over a month later for my refund!! I’ve reached out at least twice a week and they only respond with excuses and delays. I’ve never written a bad review but this has disturbed me so badly…
