I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Xpluswear. The clothing I received did not match the quality or appearance shown on the website. The items looked significantly different from the advertised photos and did not meet my expectations.

The biggest issue has been customer service. There is no reliable way to speak with a representative regarding refund requests. Communication is limited, responses are slow or unhelpful, and resolving an issue has been very frustrating.

Despite requesting a refund, I have not received one, and the process has been unnecessarily difficult. A company should stand behind its products and provide accessible customer support when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Xpluswear.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage potential customers to carefully review the return and refund policies before making a purchase. I will not be ordering from Xpluswear again.

I order a dress back in April. The dress arrived in a timely manner. The dress i ordered o line vs the dress i got was not the same. I ordered based on chart size and the dress was 2x bigger than what I wear. I got the runa round for about a week in regards to refund. I chose to refund. I did not want the dress even though they will only refund a portion. They received my dress June 9th. Its now July 14th with no refund. The originally said 7-14 business days for refund....its been 25 days. I won't hold my breath!

I placed an order with Xpluswear on March 22 for 13 clothing items, totaling $468.87.
The order was split into shipments, and I ultimately received 9 of the 13 items. However, 4 items—the most expensive items in my order—were never shipped or delivered. The value of those undelivered items was $219.96 (excluding tax and shipping).
After waiting weeks with no shipping updates, I contacted customer service because I needed the clothing for a specific event. Xpluswear informed me they could not guarantee delivery of the remaining items and agreed to cancel those items and issue a refund.
That refund never came.
After repeated follow-ups over several months, I was eventually offered only $153, even though the undelivered items totaled $219.96. No explanation was provided for why nearly $67 was being withheld. I declined the partial refund because I should not have to pay for merchandise that was never shipped or delivered.
Since then, communication has become increasingly difficult, and I have had to open a PayPal dispute to try to recover my money.
My issue is not with the quality of the items I received. My issue is that I have been waiting since March for a refund on products that Xpluswear acknowledged they could not deliver.
If you're considering ordering from Xpluswear, be aware that if part of your order is never shipped, obtaining the promised refund may be a lengthy and frustrating process. I hope my experience helps other shoppers make an informed decision.

Ordering is simple. Payment method are plentiful. I haven't received items yet so I'll be back with shipping time and quality.

I purchased an outfit on 5/29/25. Paid on 6//26 and never received the out nor did I receive my refund. I will never order from them again 👎

Fraud site. Dress was not what I ordered looked completely different. Filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Mom ordered and never got her dress. Do not do business with them.

Customer service has been horrible. I have to email to contact them and takea days for response. They failed to ship a swimsuit even weeks after ordering and stated it was due to ensuring the best quality for shipping.

I also requested a refund for an item thay didn't fit and had to return the item at mynown expense. Send a picture of item, along with the picture of package and tracking. It has been verified received by the receiving facility.

Yet, I have not received my refund and it has been over a month.

The company was able to compensate me by giving me a discount in place of my refund for the dress that did not fit.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. My experience with XplusWare was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I followed their return process exactly as instructed, paid an additional $20 out of my own pocket to send the dress back, and they still failed to refund me.

I feel completely ripped off. Taking a customer’s money while refusing to provide the refund they are owed is unacceptable. Their customer service was useless, and they showed no respect for me as a paying customer. I regret ever ordering from this company and will never buy from them again.

If you’re thinking about shopping with XplusWare, learn from my mistake and spend your money somewhere that actually values its customers and stands behind its return policy.

I ordered a dress for a special event. It was a pre-order but I did get in time for the event. The dress was true to size and was well-made. It was beautiful. It was so pretty. I received so many compliments. I have worn is several more times now.

Absolutely beautiful. I purchased the Mother of the Bride Sage Green floral wrap, for a wedding. The quality of the fabric is so soft and flowy and compliments fuller figures. It is a little long but I am quite short so a quick alteration will fix. Otherwise I am beyond pleased with my order.

I paid for my item and it was in stock,instead they sent me something totally different but couldn't send me what I paid for.Then I reordered another item,paid for it and it was not shipped out until 8 days later!It took almost 3 weeks to receive! They did offer me a discount when I received the wrong item but I had to order something a certain price before I could use the discount!Several Family members ordered from this website because I made them aware of this website but if I knew it was going to be a hassle,we would have chosen another website! Beautiful clothes,poor customer service and delivery service!

Placed an order. Realized I no longer needed said item so asked for a refund as it was not shipped yet (according to their website). No one contacted me back. Feel like this site is a scam. Won’t be ordering from it again…..
