This company is absolutely amazing. Great value for money, super flexible, tailor made - it is the best deal you can get on the market (where everything is included). I moved from Italy to Netherlands, and will only use them in the future.
We had a very good experience with the driver. However, at unloading, the second man didn't show up (the driver didn't even know about any second man) and _we_ had to carry the boxes and furniture with the driver, including a huge wardrobe, in the staircase to the 4th floor without any equipment. The company replied to my complaint only on the following day, saying that they tried to call the man but he didn't pick the phone up. At this point we highly doubt there ever was a second man hired. Anyway, when we asked for a discount saying that we didn't want to pay the fee of a man who didn't show up, they agreed, but then to reduce the discount we asked for, they said that a second man actually _did_ show up according to the driver which is an obvious lie. We do not recommend this company.
The best moving company I have ever encountered! It is so difficult to find the trustworthy company to move your stuff in Italy! You always worry if your things arrive safe and untouched. But this is not the case with Xmovetrans!
I have contacted the Xmovetrans and in two days my stuff was at my home in Nice. It was coming from Rome and it was efficient, fast, great communication, professional. I have never seen such a high standard of work !
