The absolute worst possible console you…

The absolute worst possible console you could buy used to think these things was great but in reality they are useless. Something breaks you buy a new thing something else breaks there’s no logical reason to why it breaks or what’s going on and there is never a solution it’s just ‘reset your Xbox’ WHICH DOES NOTHING AT ALL!

Don't buy games online off these fraudsters bought undisputed boxing game it had no mention that I had to subscribe to x box online to play it on a monthly subscription so I got it played the game once( which was rubbish anyway) then decided it wasn't for me so now I'm stuck with a game that I've played for 10 minutes and can't play again as I'm not prepared to subscribe but they won't refund as I've played it. Don't buy off them it's big companies like this that think they can miss advertise then do what they want that makes this world rubbish. Full of liers and thief's

Microsoft stealing money with some tricks

I think reviews from here reflect that Microsoft is a low level company and stealing money from people, I got charged after 4 months when I added money on my card for an old subcription wich should be canceled after so long time without payment, they keep it active just to steal money when they can.

Terrible customer service

We bought a minecraft add-on pack for my son, on the first try it didn't give us a download link so he tried again and it worked. However it turned out that Xbox charged me twice.
At this point you suddenly realise how ridiculously difficult they make it to access any kind of customer service. After wading through many web pages and numerous dead-ends, I finally managed to submit a refund request. A few days later I logged in to see it had been denied, with no explanation, no chance to explain what happened and certainly no way to get in touch with an actual person to discuss. Just awful.

This company is run by morons. You could not be more hostile to consumers if you were doing it maliciously. Their AI is useless and they have no idea whatsoever on how to make money on something theyve invested billions into. And they are burning everything they own in a vain attempt to recoup money they know is gone.

They have genuinely the worst website ever, if you want to have to put in your credit card details 10 times to purchase a controller and the stupid website still doesn’t work and let you buy the controller then use this website. So now I have to buy a controller from somewhere else.

Really poor

I ordered an Xbox controller from design lab. £186 it cost, for my son's birthday. I ordered on the 8th February for his birthday on the 3rd March. It said there would be a 3-4 week wait (if it was a bit past his birthday fair enough). It's now the 18th of March.

I cant email anyone as no email address is listed. If I use the chat it just says check your order status.

Really poor. I can't even make contact so I can claim my money back on my card 28 days later.

Just save your money and don't bother.

I’m 36y/o I’ve been a customer for years but now I’m done with Xbox! Why are there games on the game pass that we can’t play? I have the newest Xbox and everything why are there games on the game pass we can’t win. How do you add a game to the game pass for less than a month and immediately start asking people to pay for it after the original CEO retired all this stupid shit started happening and that’s crazy work! I’m going to steam machine I can’t wait till it comes out. 😡

Half of the reviews are just random complaints and errors. People are making up sorry excuses for a complaint and Xbox is actually great in general. It’s easy to control and it’s fun because with gamepass you get so many free games ps5 have to pay for

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. The interface for entering information is archaic (you have to scroll along a virtual keyboard to enter individual letters and then toggle between keyboards to enter special characters. Pathetically primitive). Every time you want to log in, multiple and play a game, at least one update or patch must install and the system reboots. Frequent and repeated PIN and password reentries are required, each taking about 15 minutes. The 45 minutes it takes to actually start playing a given game isn't worth the bother. Highly recommend against this system.
