Scam site

I ordered Legere reeds which never arrived, with no answer to emails. After ordering them, a pupil's mother pointed out to me that they were selling Howarth oboes at totally implausible prices, so I was not surprised not to receive the goods.

I raised a complaint with PayPal and was refunded immediately, which reinforces my view that this is a total scam site.

Horrific Experience

Horrific experience so far. After ordering trumpet mutes which appeared as 'in-stock' I received an email two weeks later notifying me that the item is not in stock and that they will let me know when it's back in stock. After a few emails to which I received no replies, I received another generic email notifying me of the same a few weeks later. A product that should have already arrived according to the status at the time of the order, is now way overdue (over two months!) and due to non-respinsiveness put us in an inconvenient situation with school performances coming up.

We brought an euphonium from the site…

We brought an euphonium from the site and one of the valve was so sticky that it cannot be played. When I called the customer support. He said I should take it to the repair shop because they only sell the instrument and cannot help with any problems. To return it, I need to pay for the shipping on my own within 30 days. It is such a pain. Do not buy wind instrument from this online store.

Customer service does not exist

I ordered a hohner harmonica and then gave it a few days was checking tracking number trying to find it when it might be delivered all those things they gave a tracking number that was not identifiable I sent them two emails no response from them whatsoever I received my harmonica this morning and their website still doesn't tell me that it's been delivered or anything it's just like once it's out of there Warehouse you're no longer a customer that means anything to them. After all was said and done their harmonicas are a few dollars cheaper but it's not worth the hassle the drama or the BS never again.

Refuses to accept UNSUBSCRIBE

I used to like this company and sent my instruments to be repaired by them.
Now the problem is frequent unwanted emails from them. They don't allow a simple 'unsubscribe'. They require a separate email. This I did and they STILL pursue me. latest one today.

I ordered a mask two YEARS ago…

I ordered a mask two years(!) ago - so that my daughter could play clarinet in school…
Today I recd a second call & voice message from them in two days...the message says - hi my name is ______. Im your account manager. I’d like to go over a couple things if youd want to call me back…” What?? On a Sunday even…
Totally bizarre.
Calls from scammers come frequent enough…

Do not order anything!

Any order triggers a flood of annoying ad mails and you cannot stop that! I hit unsubscribe 10 times, went in my profile to figure out how to stop any notification settings - to no avail. I keep getting bombarded by daily mails from them.

Woodwind and brass lied to me

Try to order some trick drum pedals order them in November they told me I would have them in December then they told me they were shipped in in the end of December and that I would have them shipped me within 24 hours I called today they lied and told me that they were on back order because I called trick pedals themselves and they had already sent the order out so I was lied to looks like I'll be buying from Sweetwater from now on

How did I even get on their mailing…

How did I even get on their mailing list? Daily emails in my mailbox! Did you ever try to unsubscribe? Emails keep coming. I phoned customer service. The agent said their "unsubscribe"server was "down" and would be up and running soon. He said he would unsubscribe me himself but it might take a couple of days to happen. Well, it hasn't happened yet-I received another of their emails today. I'll wait a few more days to see if indeed I'm unsubscribed from their email list.

I looked at a product on their website (BIG MISTAKE)…

I looked at a product on their website (BIG MISTAKE), never made an account. I immediately started getting daily emails from them. Like others, I used the "Unsubscribe" button no less than 6 times over several, and even called them, where they assured me it would be taken care of immediately. Nope. Why would I buy from a company that simply harasses me on a daily basis? What a stupid business plan.

Can't Unsubscribe!!!

Same as other reviewers, I am finding it near impossible to unsubscribe from their incessant emailings (at least once per day), despite attempting via their website, via email, and even calling! Ridiculous and illegal. Don't buy from them.

WWBW is my go to for acoustic guitars!

Have ordered three guitars from them. Service was top notch and they shipped quickly for free. I haggled and got a price that was more than fair. Got overnight shipping and another 5% back. They didn’t set the guitars up but I would rather have my luthier do it. Jay R and Brad made me a retunr customer for sure. Overall great experience.

I purchased a Suzuki MDG-300 digital…

I purchased a Suzuki MDG-300 digital piano from these folks. I bought it on November 4th, and it was delivered a few weeks after that. I hired my very capable handyman to put the thing together.

After spending almost 2000 on the piano and another $150.00 to put it together, it was dead on arrival. I called Brasswind and they told me I could return it.

This is over a 200-pound instrument. I asked how I would accomplish this, and they told me to take it apart, then put it back in the gigantic box it came in. Then they would have a truck pick it up, wait for them to send me a new one and then spend another $150.00 to put it together all over again. This did not seem like the best option so I asked if I couldn't just get a technician to come over and fix it. I then got a list of technicians and finally got some one to call me back.

I will say the customer service they hooked me up with is very good and they are very responsive.

The upshot is that they won't have any parts until after February since all the parts come from China, so I am stuck with a piano I paid for that I can't use and won't be able to play until 4 months (at the soonest) after I purchased it.

Bought a student trumpet and supplies…

Bought a student trumpet and supplies for my middle schooler. Everything was in excellent condition. His trumpet sounds great and is perfect for a beginner. Ordering was easy and shipping was faster than expected. With local music stores closing we will be buying more supplies here in the future.
