Personally + Student
Personally, as a student who has a school that uses the whole platform as the writing curriculum, it's just not the best platform to rely on for teaching writing as a whole. I mean, it has great ways to enhance your writing in some degree, but it doesn't offer to make your real writing in essays and long paragraphs of writing better. Our school forces you to use the paragraph and sentence types that exist on the platform, they did include metaphors, similies and stuff like that to be able to exist in your work. Still, the way of writing a paragraph in their way just doesn't help in the long run. Sentences does help, but what if you had to write a 200 paged book with only the structure that Writer's Toolbox gives and you can't use any other type of paragraph writing to writ in your book? Well then our teachers going to comment on that surely. I just don't like the platform when it's implanted into the whole school system like this. Surely you can teach us other ways of writing instead of forcing us to write like pre-coded robots from the factory. I might have to re-learn how to write in my own way when I get to highschool. By the way, I'm learning in New Zealand if you wanted to know. The date isn't exact but when Year 8 started, which means when the writing system was planted at that time. It's still here at the time writing and until the end of the year.
