So I went in with my Peugeot as my emissions light was popping in the dashboard. They were fully convinced right away that my dpf needed a clean, so quickly charged me with 300 Pounds for cleaning.
A week later, the light appeared again, went back and they said that I have all sorts of errors popping out on the tester because "the battery was disconnecting due to not being fitted properly", erased the errors and sent me on my way.
After 3 days the light came on the dashboard again, went back, and they said this time that the adblue is crystallizing on the injector, and it is quite a common fault on new diesel engines and they will call Peugeot to let me know what part I need to change and get back to me.
I waited for a week, no sign.. I called them back and they told me they will return the call. Waited for another week, no call... called them AGAIN, and again they said that they will call back. Waited again for ANOTHER WEEK, called them AGAIN, and again no answer.
Bottom line is that my dpf was not cluttered and did not need a cleaning, it was the cap on the adblue tank that needed changing as it did not pressurize the tank properly, and because they kept erasing the error and send me away my adblue pump is broken and need to spend another 900 Pounds for parts plus labor to repair their incompetence.
Avoid like the plague, they are messing around with people's vehicles without any proper knowledge.
Amateurs with lack of professionalism !!!
