Unfortunately, WREN are very accommodating when you’re spending over 20k but when the vast majority of the blue doors fail within 4 years, they are not so swift in getting the issue resolved, even when you went with in-house installation for such a incident. Currently, I have 15 boxes stacked up (5ft) coming on two weeks with no proposed installation date. UPDATE: Within 2 hours of posting this review, I had a call from WREN, which to be honest was a productive conversation, especially after weeks of email ping pong a junior customer service handler. Let’s hope the call delivers results.

Samuel is the person who we were in contact with. He put our minds at ease and helped us with the situation with our kitchen doors.
He listened to what we had to say and resolved it very professedly and quickly.
It was pleasant to talk to him

Awful - over charged for works with a 75% mark up on installation, multiple parts of the design was wrong, massive delays and to really finish it off wren did not call us once to find out how we were getting on or what they could do to help. We were miss lead and mis sold in the show room. We have had to chase and still messing around with them almost a year on. Don't deal with this company. They will respond to this saying they will do all they can to rectify, or its been escalated etc.. all lies - simply can not believe that a modern day company of this size can get away with this awful service.

They did an amazing job, didn’t make any fuss when I made them aware it wasn’t the easiest house to navigate and stored it a considerate way to not cause any disruption to us whilst we wait for it to be fitted.
Thank you both ☺️

This is a duplicate as I could not edit the previous review to add ref number. Design was wrong, huge delays and we had to manage the installation service even though we paid for wren to do it. We were miss sold products that would not fit due to the design failings. You trust them and they sell you a dream kitchen. As soon as the money was handed over no one cares. You are on your own to find solutions and get things fixed and moving. I wish I could return it. Terrible service and company.
Still chasing them almost a year on for a resolution. Save your self a huge amount of drama and use a company that cares about its customers and delivers on what it promises. Just shocking that they can get away with it.

I dealt with wren to fit first wardrobe which the installation took longer then expected. However Wren dealt with the issue timely. That prompted me to give them another go on my second bedroom this time a slide door wardrobe. This turned out to cause more stress then than the anticipated joy. As our floor was carpeted, the installer cut the carpet and our skirting boards leaving it a mess. Wren have not been supportive saying these are not their products. If Wren advised me that slide door wardrobes are not fitted on carpet I would have installed a different flooring but no this conversation wasn’t heard with Wren. I am not happy and I would not recommend them to anyone for the stress they have subjected me to.

UPDATE this was a 3 star but issue resolved and are very happy with our lovely kitchen and Wren. the sale advisor/designer was amazing kept us up to date. This could have been a five star. The hob we ordered wasn't a available at the time of delivery so an 'upgrade' was made. we had ordered a 5 ring induction hob with the large part in the centre the upgrade was a 4 ring. This information was told to us by email a day or so before delivery. On day of delivery the delivery guys said that we had our ordinal according to the delivery sheet. We didnt. As i had waited sometime to have my kitchen fitted. We decide to except the change.Fitting went well and all parties were great. We had asked when designing and on pre fit inspection for the work surface behind the sink to reach the windows said speak to the fitter ' the fitter said he would sort something. At the end of the fitting we were very pleased had noticed a couple of snags and new parts were ordered along with the solution to the gap behind the sink. The parts apart from the gap area piece arrived quickly and returned promptly to fit them. This was the 1st week in june this year. We are now midway though september and still no contact from them i have messaged the fitter and called customer service. We are still waiting. Such a shame this was a good4-5 star review.

Ordered wardrobes for three bedrooms, all three rooms the wardrobes were to be flush to the ceiling. Our designer went through the designing process, ordered the panels we needed to be flush. At no point during that process were we told that this was an extra cost. It not in our contract, but this contract is not worth the paper it is written on, Wren’s can change the charges at will, without conveying it to the customer until the fitters arrive and said not on our work sheet not doing it.
The smaller rooms wardrobes were fitted, with the panel inserted flush to the ceiling. The main bedroom fitted, but the team said they couldn’t do it flush as It was an extra cost.
Phoned our designer, yes all included. Customer service no it’s an extra cost and you have to pay if you want it done. Been down to see our designer and was kindly told Wren’s would cover the cost of fitting the two smaller rooms, but not the main room. That was to be our cost. It is on our contract that this was to be fitted, no where on our contract does it say fitted at customer expense. Not once we were told at design stage that going flush was extra. Nothing they can do, manager cannot do anything either, as to go through complaints with head office. We have spent over four hours on the phone to Wren’s customer service, just to be told nothing they can do.
We had damage to the walls and ceiling, so our fitters weren’t as careful as they could have been.
My advice if you go with Wren’s, make sure they put any extra costs down and go with your own fitters. That way you can discuss your design and get a price that will not have any added on extras.
Because of this review, the complaints department at Wrens phoned us. The result was the main bedroom was finished today (4/9/2025). It should not have taken this review to get the bedroom finished as our contract stated.
