Bought on condition my bedroom units came fully assembled. Assured by 2 members of staff they were. All paperwork states fully assembled. They don’t!!! Would not of bought and they knew this so deliberate miss-selling. Will not accept return, won’t cover cost of assembling (including the actual cutting of the dressing table top to fit) and nor will they send their team out. Not interested once they have your money.

Avoid at all costs,
Planning a new kitchen, paid £1300 deposit but needed to cancel the whole thing. We were redesigning it and they are on the phone asking if we are going to go with them. Well actually It’s been 4 weeks and no refund, we are being told the cheque is on its way, every week there’s a new story. Today I’m told the cheque is waiting to be signed off and will be sent out soon 2nd class.
We didn’t pay with a cheque so it should be refunded back to the card.
We’ve heard horror stories about Wren, I’m all for giving companies the benefit of the doubt however, Customer service stops the moment you pay a penny to them.
If you want hassle and stress go to wren, if not choose your company wisely.

After numerous telephone calls to the Gateshead store, their team attempting to assist us by emailing customer service themselves as they await our approval to proceed with the purchase of our £15,000 item, we have made in-person visits to the store and engaged in numerous telephone calls with customer service. Despite these efforts, we have yet to receive the cheque.
It is unreasonable to expect a four-week processing time for a cheque without customer intervention, particularly considering the circumstances of a dissatisfied customer seeking a refund. The company’s inadequate customer service has rendered this situation unacceptable.
As a result of their poor customer service, we have contacted Wren’s sales team to request the deletion of our account. We would not consider using this company and would prefer to avoid any further stress in our lives.
It is unacceptable that the company only responds to negative reviews. Once a customer expresses dissatisfaction, they promptly attempt to rectify the situation. However, the timeline for receiving the cheque and completing the refund is estimated to be between six and seven weeks.
Imagine waiting for essential kitchen parts to arrive, only to discover that the company has already received payment and no longer prioritises customer satisfaction.

Just had my kitchen measured by Christopher T. after recent renovations had closed up some of the original walls. We’re planning to return to the original layout, and Chris was able to accurately estimate the measurements based on his knowledge and experience, which was incredibly reassuring. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. A great service from start to finish — highly recommended! 😊
