While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Not a great place to work

Not a great place to work. Being truthful here..
My 6 years started off excellent but towards the last 2+ years that's when things spiraled downwards. The lack of management is awful. No matter what happens its always you're fault.
I had my hospital appointment changed behind my back to being used to get rid of somebody and yes this was management.....
You're workload changes on a daily basis so NO point you organising you're social life or to arrange appointments. Forced overtime and if you say NO , well its like saying NO to a child...
Equipment is all outdated and have to botch it and health and safety is non efficient. " Wait after an accident to do something about it " or " When suits " ...
Section management needs to be retrained as haven't got a clue and 100% lie and tell you stuff you want to hear and to no avail..
Would not recommend....

Avoid them like the plague.

I joined WRc to help with a project. It's important when doing reviews to be honest and truthful. I've never met people as offensive as those at WRc, they swear at your face using the F word for no reason. They do mandatory staff profiling so that they can analyse you against your wishes, and the criminal offenses that go on there are just endless. I've never seen anything like it in my life. The ico should forget Cambridge Analytica and audit WRc instead.
