I am very disappointed with my WPdating services. They don't follow directions and quality is very poor. Everything is also very complicated including the location of payments and where clients are to send payments. If I could get ALL of the money I've sunk into this project back and go to another company, I would.

A few years ago I bought the wp dating plugin and theme. It was installed on my dating site. After a few months I deleted it and installed another theme and plugin because there were all sorts of problems with wp dating. The other day I remembered that I had bought the plugin and theme and made a new domain and I want to try to give it another chance. Now they won't transfer the license to my new domain without me buying everything. I won't buy anything else until I see if I can get it to work. So now it doesn't work anywhere and for me it has been a waste of hundreds of dollars and is worthless! Stay away from this company

I purchased from WP dating about 3 years ago, it is the first time I have set up my own business and in the process of learning . I must admit I am not very computer savvy and it has been a challenge, so the customer service I have received from WP dating has been outstanding , especially Brain, Brain has fixed any problems or teething issues that have arisen very very swiftly , or if I have any concerns or unsure of what I am doing , he has given the best support. Websites are not plain sailing as I have learnt , so it’s important to have that support structure quickly , this has been the case every time I’ve needed support from Brain . WP dating also has add ons which they have supported me through the set up process and made things a lot easier for someone who is a complete novice when it comes to websites .The set up of my website theme looks great and very good for the money, there are a few tweaks that could be better but overall it is a great visual design, they have combined a dating site with social media, so it is very different from most dating sites , more of a hybrid I’d say, so if you want something a bit different it’s a good choice . My website is a working progress as have recently also added my own custom code to it through help from family , such as a carousel, so I am needing that customer care more than ever and I can not fault the service when it comes to this. Thank you Brain for making it an easier experience for a computer novice .

I have been working with Brain and Nick and there other developers for sometime now, and am always surprised how quickly they respond and the quality of work they do. They keep adding new features and that is a plus when trying to build a user friendly site and app. I have requested custom coding from them and they have yet to disappoint me. I am very happy & you will too working with them for your next project.

Updating the setup tutorials and videos would also be immensely helpful.
