If I could rate no stars I would!! I am absolutely furious, I bought tickets for a family of 4 for Gulliver's theme park for my daughters birthday. I have planned to go today, (travelling 2 hours) and when I have went to redeem my code it says it has already been redeemed. Thins will not then let me use it in any way!! Just to clarify I have NOT redeemed this ticket. So my plans for a family day out are not happening and I have lost out on money. There is no contact number or emails I can find to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM WOWCHER!! SCAM

I am so disappointed at how I have been treated by Wowcher.
I ordered a bed and never received it. I emailed the company directly as advised by Wowcher with no reply.
I have now emailed the company 6 times and still they are ignoring me.
I have completed a number of these WhatsApp chats with Wowcher and they are of no help what so ever !
I just want to know if I’m going to receive my bed or a refund.
It’s disgusting how I have been treated and I feel that I maybe need to contacted the police as this is now verging on a fraudulent transaction.

I thought I bought some k18 hair product I spent £25 which was a good deal but little did I know I hadn’t bought it I had bought a ‘voucher’ and it’s now expired and apparently is not refundable. Absolute scam to take peoples money and not provide products / services you think you are buying
