Got the 3-in-1 raid bundle and it was done super fast. The boosters know what they’re doing — smooth and professional service. Very happy with how it turned out.

They ready to take your money, but they do not tell you about KYC. Eventually they tell you to contact with support, after that occasionally they are not ready to do their part of the deal, even gonna call you a scumer, who's trying to trick them (in the way only they know). After deciding to cancel my order, they say, that's all fine and they are ready to take your money directly on their PayPal account. But still I decided to cancel order and that seemed fine for them, but eventually they do not cancel order, but keeping your money. Support says, that they cant help you without head manager. So finally: -28.8 USD
Absolutely disgusting service.

On their website they have a bundle for Manaforge Heroic + 50% Off Normal. I was told by jacob that they do not have any normal runs left this year. But never once was told that the advertisement would be taken down. Terrible service again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

At 8:45 I reached out to them asking them when their next raid was. They told me 9pm. I said okay, I'm going to purchase now and log on.

At 9:15 I still hadn't received a raid invite, and I logged back on to their website and asked what was wrong. I was told that they unilaterally changed the raid to 10pm. Problem is that I'm not available then, and even more to the point, if there was a problem, I think that they should have reached out to me. Sure I'd still be irritated, but at least they were professional about it.

I get that things happen, it's life. But part of the reason I stopped using them was how they used to pull the bait and switch with raid times, and how they regularly disrespect my time and disregard me as a paying customer.

If I'm paying the money that I'm paying, the least I think I should get in return is professionalism.

They reached out to me and offered me a complimentary run. They certainly did not have to do that. It is really aggravating to carve out time to do something you enjoy only to be told too bad. That said, they didn't have to do anything extra for me, and they did. I absolutely appreciate the thought, and hope to continue to use their service without similar misunderstandings.

helpful CS and fast service

I'm a PvE player by trade, and when the Plunderstorm event came out, I was thoroughly driven up the wall by the number of people who just didn't want to have any fun. I decided I was done with it and wanted to see if there were any options for "carries" for the Transmogs. WoWCarry did a great job without much concern. A single log-in on their end (all I did was temporarily change my password and verify one Authentication request), and I no longer had to deal with the insanity of PvP. As a collector and someone who doesn't have a lot of time, it was beneficial for me. I did check the other reviews, and I noticed many of the lower ones were due to people having exterior issues with WoWCarry, such as disconnections on partner runs. But my experience has made me consider them another time if I need to take a break but can't go without those sweet Collectibles.

Always on time, always swift, always pleasant, always reliable.

Been using wowcarry for the past three expansions. my guild usually burns out after a few heroic clearings and I fall back on occasional runs with wowcarry. I've had one run where the team couldnt complete the final boss and they refunded me for the run AND rescheduled for a successful run. had another run where one of their team had a personal issue and the run was rescheduled. out of probably 6 years of running, only two bad runs is really great. I dont hesitate to use them.
