The approximate date and time the freezes occurred.
The device you are using (e.g., iPhone 14, Windows PC, iPad).
Regarding your concern about the platform being rigged, I hear you, and it's completely natural to feel that way when the system is glitching and you are losing money. However, I want to reassure you that WorldWinner is strictly skill-based and heavily regulated. Every game board is completely fair, and you are always matched against players with the exact same setup and similar skill levels. We never manipulate gameplay or cause connectivity drops to make players lose. Freezes are typically caused by momentary drops in the local internet connection or low device memory.

Super fun with user friendly games. If there is one thing I could critique it would be some of the matchups. The other party is sometimes clearly at a higher skill level. So maybe some better matchmaking

First off, I want to assure you that your money isn't gone and we aren't trying to pull one over on you. Sometimes, withdrawals disappear from the immediate user dashboard while they are pending in our payment system or undergoing a standard security review. Since you have screenshots and screen recordings, that is perfect and is exactly what I need to track this down.
